It has a lovely 40 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 300 m² garden. With fibre-optic Wi-Fi included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises Ground floor: \- A 40 m² living room with TV \- A fully-equipped, open-plan kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. \- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140x190) \- Bathroom with bath \- Separate WC First floor: \- Bedroom 2: with double bed (140x190) \- Bedroom 3: with 2 pull-out beds (sleeps 4) and a single bed \- A games and relaxation area \- Bathroom with shower \- Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board. The house is ideally located in Pénestin, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
