The room facilities is no good , I have a leaking bath shower n have to change room another day. Change room have a leaky basin. The receptionists are friendly n good. The problem are the rooms are quite run down.no tooth brush n coffee making facilities. Will not receive to friends . Locality is good only .
This is hotel not good for business trip.is more like lover hotel.

Considering this is a budget hotel, I was perfectly happy with my stay. OK, so the room is very small with no windows and the bathroom is tiny, but this pretty clear before you book. I found the room to be perfectly clean and comfortable and fine for a night or two if you want to be in the Queensbay area. Staff were friendly and helpful. No complaints.

Hotel is close to shops, mall and bus terminal, easy to find the location and take public transport. The female staff is very nice. However, the room is not spacious, no wardrobe and dresser (table and mirror).

room was near to receptionist desk, it was so noisy as customers made noise until 3 freaking morning. We woke up at 6+AM due to loud noise out there too. Had a terrible stay.
