I didnt had much time to explore the whole property however the room were clean and comfortable. The housekeeping lady gave evacuate service. I didnt get her name. The security officer Smith was very accommodating. The front desk lady was absolutely remarkable when I checked in. I would definitely return. Thank you to all the staff who made my stay enjoyable.

Just getting to Freeport is a pain, NJ to MIA then to Freeport. Only a one hour layover on the way there (5hrs 43mins to get there). Getting back to NJ not so good. The return flights are terrible Left Freeport at 1:50 arrived in MIA at 2:40, Had a 5 hour layover in MIA to get back to NJ. (9hrs 6 mins) plus a one hour delay Go to Nassau, bigger airport so you can get a direct flight there. The property itself was not very clean, the rooms were very outdated and dirty. There were way too many bee's especially by the pool. There was no nightlife at all and very few and boring activities. The food was fair. When you check in you will be made to wait until 3:00 to get your room key and wait on a long line. NOT before 3:00. I reserved an ocean view king room. When I got to the room it had 2 queen beds, went back to reception and told them I reserved an Ocean view King Room and they told me that they are "upon availability" and that people had checked in before me and the there weren't any available right now. There is a small shop on site that sells snacks, aspirin, cigs, lotion, soda, water, etc, but they close at 6:00 every night, so if you need aloe for your sunburn or you are out of cigs you are beat. REALLY 6:00 I have been to all inclusive resorts in Jamaica, Cancun and Punta Cana. and this resort is by far the worst resort I have ever been to. I would NOT recommend this resort. I would not return to this place if I was offered a free stay and spending money to boot

I should have known my experience would be bad, when it took 2.5 hours to get my food from the restaurant at the resort. The facilities were outdated and many of the appliances were rusted. The weight room was small with equipment not maintained. One treadmill had a broken screen and the other had a loose belt. Requests were treated as an inconvenience. It took hours to get towels replaced. I did not have WiFi in my room my entire stay. The first day I notified staff, I was told “all rooms have WiFi, so I must have WiFi”. I came back the next day and was told that IT was not in on the weekend and to come back on Monday. I came back on Monday and was told, they would let IT know I needed assistance. That assistance never came. Air conditioning in my room was not controllable. The temperature never changed. Our toilet would not flush properly. Overall, it was the worst experience on any trip i have ever been on. There were a few nice people, like Jones, but most others could care less.

My husband and I had a one night stay. A restaurant is on property so we wete able to have a meal while we waited for chech in. The checkin process went smoothly. The room was clean and overall we had a great time.
