For being an expensive all inclusive resort , I feel that it lacked amenities. We had a small refrigerator but only for water and sodas, no snacks. I thought all inclusive would have various snacks in your room. Our room did not have a microwave.
Meals at the restaurants were very good, but the buffet was only fair. I would have been very unhappy if that would have been the only place we could get our meals.
The staf At this resort are exceptional. Every employee we encountered, except one, went out of their way to help us, find out information if we needed it, always friendly and helpful. I would mention names but I'm afraid I'd leave somebody out.
