* Quiet hours are **10 PM–7 AM**. Please keep music, conversations, and other noise at a respectful level during these hours.
* No weapons are permitted anywhere on the property.
* Please respect the neighborhood, neighbors, and property.
* Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves, their guests, or their pets.
* Please do not move indoor furniture outside or use indoor furnishings on the porch.
* Please keep all doors and windows secured when leaving the property.
* The host is not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten personal belongings.
