Nice hotel in very convenient location, pleasant if slightly unorganised staff.
We only had brief stay, the room wasn’t made up to our specification (sofa bed wasn’t made up or extra towel in room) even though the hotel had prior knowledge that 3 would be using room, that was dealt with quickly and efficiently. We had early night due to needing to get train in the morning, sadly it was very noisy with children running around shouting which is more an issue with bad parenting rather than the hotel. One other problem was that the WiFi was hopeless.

Fabulous modern large villas with 5 large bedrooms all bedrooms with private on suites (bathrooms), large lounge room, well equipped kitchen and superb 5 star hotel linen, and to top it all off exceptional clean and well maintained - with only a 15 minute drive into the heart of Sarajevo centre, yet surrounded by mountains and greenery, a total relaxation concept.

The staff were amazing, but there were a few little quirks with the room. We had 3 different minor maintenance issues and the room design was a bit odd and everyone should pay attention to the room they book. The ceilings are sloped so even at 5 foot tall, you will be bonking your head. They show photos so it is my fault for not paying attention, but at 5 foot even never had that issue before.

"Great location to the old city . Staff very welcoming and professional. Breakfast has good selection. Only issue was there bathroom had no shower gel left or handwash left . I asked the cleaner to replenish but she didn’t and I had to ask the reception staff who very quickly sorted it out"

"Very nice hotel, lovely staff - close to the airport and a lovely walk to Bosna Spring. A good selection of buffet breakfast. I would recommend Cafe Orient, food was fresh and tasty and reasonable price. I hope to visit Bosnia again in the future and would definitely stay at Malak Regency Hotel ..."
