SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

We had a blast staying at Villa Poseidonas! The property exceeded our expectations, it was well looked after and well equipped. And with its prime location within walking distance to the beach and bars, we could easily explore the area and soak up the sun.

Beautiful villa, inside and outside. Most of the time we spend at the terrace and enjoyed a nice time there: having meals, playing cards, enjoying gatherings with our friends. Great stay, highly recommend this property!

The villa’s quiet location and lovely outdoor space gave us just the break we needed. The nearby beach and restaurants made exploring easy. The hosts were amazing, going above and beyond. Already planning our return!
