Please ask for details of where to see more and you can of course still book on VRBO\*\* Welcome to Villa Naxos, a private home nestled in the hills surrounding ‘Peyia’, (a traditional Cypriot village just a few kilometres from Paphos) and overlooking the near-by popular resort of Coral Bay. Villa Naxos is a newly refurbished detached villa offering luxurious accommodation on two levels with additional outdoor living space comprising of some small and large terraces and private pool. All areas of the villa have unrivalled panoramic views across the surrounding countryside and to the Mediterranean Sea. The villa is located in a no-through road which provides the only access to the four detached villas comprising ‘Sunrise Dreams’. This impressive 3 bedroom, 3 Bathroom detached Cyprus Holiday Villa has been designed, furnished and landscaped to the highest standards and offers a real taste of traditional Cypriot village life. The villa is located in an elevated position with both Coral Bay and Peyia village centre just a stones throw away. On entering the villa itself, you immediately sense the thought and care that has gone in to make the villa a true home from home. Access at Ground Floor level leads on to the Master Bedroom with King-Sized bed, fitted wardrobes and balcony with panoramic views and a large En-Suite Bathroom with bath and shower. The other room on this level is a Twin Room also with En-Suite, this time with large enclosed shower cubicle. Stairs lead down to the basement level where you will find the spacious and stunning open plan areas of the Lounge, Dining Area and Kitchen as well as a further Twin Room with adjacent Shower Room. Both the lounge and dining areas give access to the impressive terraces and private pool area. The Lounge is smartly designed with traditional stone built sofas and comfortable cushions. There is a TV and DVD player plus a selection of board games for entertainment. The Dining Area has a long table with 6 chairs in modern design. The particularly spacious kitchen is fully equipped with appliances in stainless steel. These include Oven, Hob and Large hood, tall Fridge Freezer, Dishwasher (integrated Bosch) and Washing Machine. The Twin Room features 2 single sized beds and fitted wardrobes and allows access by patio doors to a terrace for sun loungers which is nicely shaded by a large palm tree. The adjacent shower room completes the internal areas of this level. The villa is fully air-conditioned, has ceiling fans fitted throughout and has a supply of fresh drinking water to the kitchen. The water is heated by solar panels on the roof. Many extras such as Gas BBQ, chrome heated towels rails in all bathrooms, blackout blinds in the bedrooms, pool/beach towels, extra tables and more make this a true home from home that is well worth the visit. The location is great, lovely and peaceful yet close to the beach, town, shops and everything you need. Spotlessly clean and with absolutely everything you need for a week away, with a lovely large kitchen and fantastic outdoor area. The rooms are all large and light, with comfy beds. Plenty of sun loungers and chairs for the pool area and plenty of seating inside as well . The only downside we found was that the sun disappeared behind the hill at about 4.45 pm but it was still warm to sit outside. ##### Dave B. The villa has all that you need, but a car is advisable due to its remote location. The villa itself could do with some mantainence to keep it looking prestine and to replace some of the floor tiles out on the patio. Location was great, it was our second stay in Peyia and we made more this time of local restaurants and bars that we missed last time. We liked restaurants such as The Grande and Peyia Tavern, also Oniro by the Sea and The last Castle (Viklari), We drove across to Famagusta and Omadus which were very interesting days out and also Nicosia is not to be missed. Also we hired a speed boat from Latchi Water Sports Centre, the service and experience were excellent, we hired a boat from one of the other companies in 2012 which did not compare to this years trip. Service on both our visits with Sunrise Dreams was excellent. Amazing views both day and night of Coral Bay below. We watched the beautiful sunrise from our bedroom balcony. The check in process was easy. We arranged for a hire car to be left at the villa and the hire company met us at the airport to drive us to the villa as we were arriving late at night. It was a really useful having the welcome pack which was a thoughtful mix of bread, cheese, ham, butter, milk, tea, coffee, water, wine and beer. The washing up liquid and cloths were also appreciated. We arrived in early June with the daily temperatures at 36 degrees during the day so we really needed the air con at night. We did initially have a little difficulty getting the air con to work but Mal was extremely helpful and he made sure we had everything working. He was extremely knowledgeable about the local area and restaurants and gave us some great advice. Nothing was too much trouble. We really enjoyed our quiet and relaxing stay at the villa and exploring the island. We visited Latchi and numerous other destinations along the coast near Paphos. One of our favourite stops was the village of Kathikas only 15 mins away. The villa was in a superb location and would thoroughly recommend. ##### David W. Master bedroom has fabulous views from the balcony. Everything you need, huge kitchen, stone sofas ( unusual but comfy !! ) , large sun terrace including 6 sunbeds abd of course the pool. Water bit chilly but then again weather was partly cloudy but it'd be ideal when temps reach 40.C !! Clean, spacious and a 20 minute walk across the hill to the centre of town. Car a must though for exploring further or shopping and bus service on a restricted timetable/route due to roadworks in the approach from Coral Bay to Pegia. Having found the villa on Vrbo, the reviews looked good but I'm realising now why there are so few oddly. The ad for the villa is misleading. The photos are at least 10 years old going on the size of the palm trees from the ad to what we saw. I don't know where to start. Putting it bluntly the villa is extremely run down and tired. Needs a substantial overhaul and a thorough deep clean from top to bottom to outside. There is too many faults to mention. It was filthy on arrival. Dirty floors, dirty showers, dust everywhere, dirty marks on walls. Dirty washing machine. Just dirty. The pillows and mattresses are stained. The settees are past their date. Just everything in the villa needs replacing. Even the outdoor sunbeds are old and stained. The bath and hand towels are worn and didn't smell great. We had to wash them ourselves. Also got an old dirty mop and bucket out the cupboard to clean the floors. Ironing board was rusty and filthy. To top it off there was a dead cockroach under the children's bed. We did complain to management but goes on deaf ears. What can you do once you're there. You've paid a substantial amount for a holiday and you're stuck with it. My wife actually cried when she saw it. We regret having to write this but we feel people need to know where they're staying. There is nothing missing, this house is perfectly equipped and clean: dishes, linen, wifi. The outside is also well equipped and the swimming pool very well maintained. We particularly appreciate the location of the house and the view. Steven is a charming interlocutor who offers to help you if necessary and very reactive. Rent on this site is very easy and very safe. Robin, the manager on the spot is very attentive also and ready to give you good addresses. We have discovered new and unknown places we recommend: the Trodoos Mountains and the Polis Municipal Beach. The villa was beautiful and really like in the description and photos: great kitchen, very large, such a very large living room and sofas sufficient and comfortable. The rooms with their own bathroom! Really this place was a paradise. The best was the huge terrace with swimming pool and spectacular views of the sea. All parts of the equipment was excellent, nothing is missing, that's amazing! The decor was beautiful and modern which is also very important to us!The service was really impeccable. When we arrived, it was a very nice surprise to have something to eat before we go shopping: eggs, bread, butter, milk, jam, coffee and tea ... The house was very clean and smelled so good! The sheets and towels were spotless and of very good quality. It was a pleasure to sit outside in the villa! We also enjoyed the passage of the responsible person villa.
