The bungalow has its own private 7x3 swimming pool with a depth of 0.90 & 1.80 meters and a nicely maintained garden for endless, care free relaxing hours in the ever shining Mediterranean sun. The bungalow is located in cul de sac offering a clean, quiet and well built environment with a walking distance location to all the needed amenities, restaurants and shops. Mikaela is uniquely positioned with close proximity to both the popular beaches of Corallia beach (Laourou Beach) which is only an 8 min walk and Coral Bay which is a 9 min walk. Both Corallia and Coral Bay beaches boast golden sands and clean blue waters, and are certified blue flag bays. An abundance of shops, restaurants and bars serving locally grown and prepared food are present in Coral Bay strip which is only a 9 min walk from Mikaela. Also the convenience of shops delivering groceries back to your holiday home will make it easier for you to support a beautiful sunset meal. The swimming pool has variable depths (0.90 x 1.80) in addition to flood lights making it a safe and relaxing option at night. The garden offers plenty of sunbathing space and is furnished with solid quality and modern furniture with comfortable sun beds and rattan sofas setting the scene for a real oasis of calm and tranquility. If you prefer a little shade, that too is provided by the roofed terrace which is footsteps away from the swimming pool where you will be welcomed with a 6 piece comfortable rattan dining set. Through high sliding doors you will be able to access the fully air conditioned living room which is furnished with two leather beige sofas gathered around the modern coffee table which provides a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy the free WIFI and plasma TV with Internet TV offering UK T.V. with Sky sports and unlimited movies (as well as international channel options). The living room opens through to a superbly equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances offering a microwave, large refrigerator, freezer, high quality electric cooker, oven, toaster, electric kettle and other appliances making the property feel like a home away from home. The villa was spotlessly clean inside & out & there is air-con in all rooms which worked well. The pool was cleaned 4 times during our stay and we also had a mid-week clean and towel/bedding change. The villa is located in a quiet residential area about a 15 min walk from the main strip in Coral Bay. We used the big supermarket to stock up on supplies & they offer free delivery of your shopping & you back to the villa! You don't need a car but we hired one for a few days which allowed us to visit some restaurants which aren't within walking distance. It was also handy in the evenings when it was very warm! We wouldn't hesitate to book with Ezoria or stay at Villa MIkaella again :) ##### Shane K. Lovely, spotlessly clean villa in a good area to walk to the strip in around 15-20 minutes. The only issue we encountered was that there is no dishwasher. I don’t consider a dishwasher a luxury when I’m on holiday and it’s the only accommodation I’ve stayed in where one wasn’t present. Other than that it was all good other than David from Ezoria visiting us the first morning to tell us there’s been a lot of break ins. I’m glad he told us as it made us more vigilant but we maybe didn’t sleep as well as we might have. Happy to report there were no break ins during our stay though. ##### Pam S. The air conditioning was freezing cold. The pool is a great size and there are sun shades and the covered patio area if you want some shade. The local shops, bars and restaurants are 5 minutes walk away, the Coral bay strip is around 25 minutes walk or a 10 euro cab ride. There are also some beautiful sea view restaurants not too far away. In short, we felt the place was in an excellent location, quiet and peaceful but close to bars and restaurants ( Porto Antico and Oniro’s in Peyia ) which we would highly recommend. ##### Paul M. The Villa is at the end of a quiet cul de sac and backs onto open farm land so is very quiet yet it’s only a 5 min walk to a couple of bars and restaurants including a great take away fish and chip chop that doubles up as a bakery during the day, it’s 10 mins to a lovely beach with lifeguards, sun beds and a Restuarant, then it’s 5 mins by car or around 20-25 min walk to the main strip with everything you need. The villa itself is perfect for a family of 4 with all the rooms being large and airy, a well equipped kitchen, a beautiful pool and much needed air conditioning throughout, plus a lovely shaded veranda with a table and chairs to relax in. For the price I doubt you will find a more modern, clean and ideal villa in Coral Bay. ##### Lee M. Everything was as expected and the welcome pack was extremely helpful as we didn’t arrive till quite late. Unfortunately missed meeting with property manager but she followed up with a phone call. It’s always nice to know that someone is on the other end of the phone if help was needed. I’ve been visiting Cyprus for a few years now and stayed in many villas but this is my favourite by far. Nice and private with high hedges surrounding the little garden and pool. Only a few minutes drive to the nearest beach (although very small beach so not much point going there when we had a private place) Only issue is the fridge freezer was on the blink, and kept turning off even though the door was fully closed so all our ice kept melting (not what you want in 35degree heat) Really enjoyed it and as a cat person I loved the little cats coming to say hi! Highly recommend, and it’s great that everything is organised via a travel agency so we felt safe with the keys and security.
