It is a very spacious bungalow with a private pool in a unique location with breathtaking panoramic views over the coastline of Coral Bay and the beautiful Mediterranean Sea. Marina Sunrise is a sea front 3 bedroom bungalow providing an exclusive retreat for a party of six or a family seeking a private haven to experience the traditional life of the Island of Cyprus. The property has its own private large 8x4 kidney shaped heated swimming pool and a nicely maintained garden for endless, care free relaxing hours in the ever shining Mediterranean sun. The bungalow is located in the sought-after Sunrise project which offers a clean, calm and well built environment. The popular Coral Bay, a 500 meter long bay boasting golden sands and clean blue waters, is a certified blue flag bay and is less than a 10 mins walk from Marina Sunrise. This bungalow is all about location as the popular Coral Bay strip is only a 5 mins walk away where you’ll find an abundance of shops, restaurants and bars serving locally grown and prepared food. Also the convenience of shops delivering groceries back to your holiday home will make it easier for you to support a beautiful sunset meal. The garden is professionally landscaped and offers plenty of sunbathing space while furnished with exquisite, solid quality and modern furniture with comfortable sun beds, rattan sofas and a Cocoon setting the scene for a real oasis of calm and tranquility. The swimming pool has variable depths (1 x 1.90) in addition to flood lights making it a safe and relaxing option at night. If you prefer a little shade, that too is provided by the covered outside dining area where you will be welcomed with a 6 piece comfortable rattan couch set. Short walk to the main strip which had a good selection of restaurants. Really reliable bus service to Paphos. Could do with some basics like salt, kitchen cloths/scourer/oil/clingfilm/kitchen roll, all of which we left behind at the villa. Thankfully the rear door was unlocked and the keys were on the dining table. After a long journey we just wanted to have a drink and get to bed, but there were no toilet rolls, milk or anything, so at 11 pm we had to try and find a store open to buy these bare essentials in order to go to the loo. My family members staying in other villas in the area and paying substantially less had a fridge full of goodies and essentials like loo roll all ready supplied at their properties. On the last day of our stay, our flight was not until 8pm and I had to pay an extra £100 just over to stay which was very annoying as I had already paid a small fortune. The Villa was nice and in a quiet area but I wasn’t impressed with the start of our stay , so would have to think twice about recommending to others ##### Kerry C.
