Absolutely stunning ***********
We have just returned from a week's holiday in this villa and the photos do not do it justice. The views are phenomenal and the villa is huge! We played pool, draughts and the swimming pool was brilliant. We hired a car which only cost €110 for the week, well worth it! I honestly couldn’t fault this place at all, we were so sad leaving it. Simon, the host was brilliant throughout, answering any questions we had. we booked the getaway to celebrate our daughters 16th birthday and they laid out banners for her and added a balloon. we arrived and were welcomed with beers, wine, crisps, bread, milk, ice, tea, coffee and a birthday card for our daughter. a perfect villa in a stunning location. The views are honestly breathtaking.

OUTSTANDING!
I cannot recommend this villa enough! Everything it says and a lot more. We were wowed upon entering-totally spotless, gleaming, large and tasteful . Once awake the next day, that’s when i realised what an absolute jewel of a place we had found. The view-WOW! Any picture you have seen, does not do this view justice.The villa is very well equipped and no matter how small an item- it was there. Showers are fantastic. The pool is fantastic, sun loungers very comfortable. Good sized towels. Steve came to clean the pool- early and unobtrusive. On the days we weren’t lazing around the pool, we visited ; Coral Bay, good water sports. Agios Georgios, quaint/pretty. Panareti Bay,we swam out to the rocks. Potomi Bay, we enjoyed a cocktail or two at the Sea You bar(this place is not to be missed) local village we ate at Grande cafe -highly recommended and at Savaas Grill, good-although a bit of a walk. We went into Coral Bay- Roberts taxis were great-to eat at Dolce Vita ( really lovely) Most nights,we cooked in the villa and enjoyed bbq’s with our splendid view. Phillipos supermarket is a short drive away and has everything- fresh fruit/salad/bakery is fantastic Day trips;Aphrodite water park and Blue lagoon boat trip. You will definitely need to hire a car to do similar things. My one and only critique of the villa, is that there is a limit on the air conditioning- we had to reset every two hours, which was a pain at night-but didn’t detract from a brilliant holiday

Lovely villa with spectacular views
Nice villa well equipped in lovely village with spectacular views of surrounding hillside and coral Bay Area out to the ocean. Peaceful and quite location, couple of minutes from Coral Bay where there great choice in terms of places to eat and drink, plus a fabulous beach.

Amazing views
2 weeks spent in a gorgeous, well equipped, spacious villa with a view to die for. Villa is on 3 levels with lots of steps, Entry level is bedrooms, down 1 level to kitchen and lounge/outside terrace and down another level to the pool. South facing pool area with sun all day. Excellent communication from Steve and Angie. Took a few days to get used to driving around the area but very easy once used to it, lovely restaurants in Peyia, indian and chinese takeaways and kiosk/shops. Lidl on coast road heading to paphos and Phillipos supermarket by the entrance to coral bay. So many restaurants and bars in coral bay and a lovely beach at the bottom. 7.5 euros to rent 2 sun beds and a parasol at coral bay.

Can't wait to return
Lovely house with glorious views and large clean pool. Very well equipped kitchen and bathrooms, huge living room, lots of loungers. It's an "upside down" house with bedrooms at front door level, down to kitchen/living room. It's then a further 2 levels down to the pool so you need to be ok with steps. But the pool is very private and looks onto a field grazed by goats with the lower part of Peyia, Coral Bay and the sea beyond. Thanks to the owner, Simon and his 'agent' Angela for their help and excellent communication.

Amazing views
We stayed in July for 4 weeks and were very impressed. The views are fantastic and one of the best we have had over our many years of coming to Cyprus. The pool area was great very quiet and relaxing. The Villa had everything we needed and the pool table was a hit with our 3 teenagers. We regularly walked into Peyia and also to get the bus to Coral Bay but also hired a car to explore the rest of the island. Steve and Angie who look after the Villa were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here.

What a View
A large, well equipped and comfortable villa with views to die for. A few minor points that were brought to Angie's attention for rectifying. A thoroughly enjoyable holiday in a lovely part of the island. The town of Peyia was 15 minutes walk away with Coral Bay being about 5 minutes drive, with plenty of taverns bars and restaurants to chose from. Communication with the owner was plentiful and informative making the arrival process simple even after the usual flight delays!

A great villa which my wife insisted I rebook for next year about 30 minutes after arriving (which I have), have always like the area and this place is one of the best places ever stayed in. Even the local goat herd from the farm below came to see us one morning and trimmed the bushes in the front garden!

Peyia Villa Stay August 2021
A large villa with fantastic views. Pool is fantastic with the terrace seeing the sun all day. Nice quiet secluded position and only a very short drive to some lovely tavernas in Peyia. Communication and responses have been excellent from the owner with a great friendly couple available on arrival in Peyia if anything needed. A lovely relaxing stay at a fantastic villa / location .

Utterly Amazing Fortnight
An absolutely stunning two week break in an outstanding property and location that was only possible in the current COVID-19 situation due to the managements outstanding support. Stayed here two years ago and it has just got better. A truly fantastic villa with picture post card views you cannot take your eyes off. Pool area is out of this world and when you finish a day in the sun a great selection of restaurants and bars are a ten minute walk away in the centre of Peyia. Cannot recommend this location enough, will definitely definitely be back for a third visit. Real thank you to Peter, Steve and the team for the support throughout out stay and a massive thank you to Simon for his support which enabled a truly magical family fortnight holiday to go ahead. Villa Bay View
The Villa is located in a quiet part of Peyia. In general the description of the Villa is accurate, but there are one or two issues which the owner may not know about. The towel rails are poorly fixed and keep falling to pieces. There are no sink plugs in the kitchen. There are no instructions of how to work the tv. There is a problem with the water pump as it keeps switching on and off 24 hrs a day. In the end we turned it off at night. Most of our days were spent around the pool relaxing. The pool was always very clean, we used it a lot. The sunbeds were very comfortable, we used those a lot as well. There are lots of kitchen utensils for those who wish too cook, but we prefer to eat out. This is a very well appointed Villa, many thanks Simon for letting us rent it. Mark and Lynne Nottingham

The two hours limitation of the air conditioning was problem.When is was hot in the night you have to discontinue your sleep to put it again.At least in bedrooms in night time must to be 6 hours. If you don't sleep well, you don't rest! And holidays is resting.

Really enjoyed our stay
Lovely spacious villa with lovely views. We really enjoyed our private pool. The villa was very clean but the dishes were not left in a great state so had to wash everything. Probably due to the dishwasher being broken. This, however, was replaced by a new one in a few days so didn't spoil our holiday. The tap in the main bathroom didn't work on arrival but again was promptly replaced. We were met on arrival by Pete and Maz despite our very late arrival. They kindly filled our fridge with a welcome pack which was much appreciated. We would recommend this villa.

Lovely villa with stunning view
The villa is bright, spacious and airy and has by far the most wonderful view of anywhere we have ever stayed. The pool is lovely and well maintained - our three children absolutely loved it and the pool lighting meant they could even enjoy a couple of evening swims. You definitely need to hire a car as the nearest shop, bars and restaurants are too far to walk with children any younger than teenagers, and the car needs to be able to cope with very steep hills. That said, there are some very nice places to eat in Peyia, and the villa is well situated to get to Coral Bay and Paphos. The only down side for us were the ants which kept invading the living room via the air con unit, although not when it was switched on. However, this is a small niggle in the grand scheme of things. Finally, we were grateful to the property managers, Pete and Maz, who met and welcomed us despite our evening flight being delayed. They had even stocked us up with milk, bread, juice etc so that we had something for the morning.

Huge villa with amazing views
This villa has amazing views of the ocean. The villa itself is huge and the photos do not do it justice. Every room is big, spacious and very clean. However the outside areas really make this extra special. There are 3 separate seaview balconies - a small one off the master bedroom, large balcony off the living area with large table and traditional brick built BBQ (which saw plenty of use!) and a third big balcony on the lower level. This one is covered and is great for a lunch in the shade. The pool is huge, clean and well maintained with plenty of loungers and two big parasols. Be careful though, the pool does slope away quite quickly and is over 2 metres at the deep end. The property is locally maintained by an English couple, Pete & Maz. They call on your arrival day to confirm where & when to meet in the centre of Peyia village and will guide you to the villa. They provided a welcome pack of food & drinks, which we were most grateful for as we arrived quite late and the supermarkets were closed. They also provided their mobile numbers if there were any issues during our stay. The villa is in a quiet cul-de-sac in a residential area. It's extremely peaceful and you're not overlooked. However, you'll definitely need a hire car, as it's a good 20 minute walk to the centre of the village, which involves some steep hills and roads with no paths or lighting in some parts. Peyia is large village/small town with some good restaurants that are worth visiting. We had a great couple of meals at both Savaas grill & The Old Cinema. A family of 4 can have a great meal and drinks for less than €50. There is a small supermarket in Peyia and a much larger one only 10 mins drive into Coral Bay. Overall we would highly recommend this great villa, especially for families.

Wow, what a view!
When we first arrived at the property all everyone kept saying was WOW! There are amazing views from all rooms and the house itself is absolutely gorgeous. The bedrooms were a great size with plenty of storage. The kitchen had everything you could need including a fantastic view when doing the washing up (although there is a dishwasher). The kids loved the xbox and pool table in the games room which gave us a little time to ourselves. Lounge was very big and comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and tidy. We enjoyed some lovely meals in the village which is a 2 minute drive away (car definitely required). Top tip; if you like Pina Colada head for Haris Bar on the way down the hill towards Coral Bay. Half the price of anywhere else and they also do a lovely breakfast. The only negatives we had were a leaking air con in one of the bedrooms and a problem getting an internet connection but this was soon sorted out by Pete the local point of contact for any issues. The TV didn’t work for the entire time we were there but the views soon made thoughts of watching love island soon disappear. Finally, the pool was a great size and was kept clean by Pete. All in all, despite a few niggles, we would heartily recommend this villa if your after peace, quiet and amazing views. We will be back!!

We have just spent the last 10 days at the house and am pleased to confirm the AC issue was a blocked drain from the unit which Peter addressed and we re- fitted the loose kitchen tap, however we appear to have an issue with the TV which we are still working on. Beautiful spacious villa with stunning views
The villa was amazing and exactly as described. It is very spacious and has stunnings views. It was very well equipt, allowing us to take a picnic to the beach. Safety gates in place for protection of younger children when outside. The bbq area was fantastic and well equipt. The pool was cold and it took your breath away so it was best to just dive in and get it over with ASAP, however, we went in May so it was just the beginning of the season. The pool table was brilliant for the children and adults. Car hire is essential. Coral bay was only a 10 minute drive as we’re the local restaurants and bars. A large supermarket was only down the road which sold everything you could need and lovely bakery products! I had to clean some of the kitchen equipment but I believe that was because it hadn’t been used in a while. Overall our stay was fantastic and we will definitely come again.

What a Villa, What a location, What a find.
Arrived at 2330, kids ran off in all directions exploring this truly beautiful villa. The adults gathered and sat on the upper balcony with a drink and immediately lost a few hours just soaking up the stunning view of the bay, something you find yourself doing no matter what time of day. The support provided by Simon during booking and answering many emails afterwords was always swift and informative. Both Pete & Maz who met us and provided support during our stay were both unobtrusive but also quick to engage when any type of support or advise was requested, many thanks, The villa is not just stunning but also located only a 10 minute walk to the village center where there are local shops and some outstanding local bars and restrarauts that absolutely must be visited. The villas provides everything you could want during your stay and the pool is exceptionally private and again with that stunning stunning view. As a base to both truly relax and be able to sample local Cypriot life and food, whilst only a short drive from many other attractions, this villa is ideally placed. Everyone in our party absolutely fell in love with the villa and its location and we are currently trying to organise a return visit next year. Home from home.
This was our second visit in 2 years. We were keen to stay local and explore the area around Peyia and Paphos as last year we covered most of the island which from this villa is quiet easy to do with a car. We ate in The Old Cinema in the village which had great food and amazing value for money. We also had a meal in Savvas Grill a bit further into the village which was recommended. The menu was Al a carte very expensive and not to all of our taste. Although the service was friendly and efficient. We used Pegia Chippy, Chinatown and Ocean Indian all good takeaways. We went to Lekantos one night which is in Coral Bay. We would highly recommend there. Pete and Maz first class management team. We did go to the Blue Lagoon from Latchi for a 3 hour boat trip which was stunning and they gave us a discount on the price. Swimming in the Blue Lagoon was definitely a bucket list event. Spacious, comfortable, well equipped villa.
We had a superb holiday at Bayview. The house is extremely spacious, the bedrooms very comfortable, the pool a delight and the view from the shady patio is outstanding. The 'meet and greet' by the property managers was a lovely introduction to our stay; they also visited regularly to maintain the pool and provide changes of bed linen. There is more than ample al fresco, outdoor dining provision and a large, built in barbecue which saw quite a bit of use. We were visiting after the high season, so I suppose it was inevitable that a very popular villa like this was showing a few signs of wear and tear; some of the household and recreational equipment was either not working or damaged, but I have no doubt that will all be put right by the management team and our enjoyment of this beautiful house was not affected at all. Bayview is superbly located and the ideal place for a really peaceful, relaxing holiday.

Huge villa with all you need to have a relaxing holiday. Kids loved it especially the games room. Large pool. Great air conditioning. Lovely to sit on one of the verandas and look out over coral bay. Better than all our expectations of it.
We knew the villa was going to be excellent from the photographs but when we arrived we were even more impressed. The villa is totally immaculate and the pool was heaven. The views from the balcony are stunning and we never got bored looking at them. The location is perfect if you have a car. We travelled right the way across the island to Ayia Napa. The welcome pack was very appreciated as we had a late flight and got very lost. Thank you to Peter and Maz for the rescue getting us here safe. If you enjoy privacy and peace and quite then this is the villa for you. We highly recommend taking a trip to the sea caves for a snorkel which is about a 10 minute drive away and we enjoyed using the free beach beds at Maniki beach next door to the sea caves. We travelled to the Blue Lagoon which we read was a beautiful place to see turtles and snorkel etc but the road to it is way to challenging even with the 4x4 we had. We recommend the boat trip or land cruiser trip down instead. We snorkelled at the beach nearby which was beautiful like swimming in a huge fish tank. We visited Cyprus nearly 20 years ago and we definitely will be returning. The villa is more amazing than we could had asked for and a real home from home. Peyia is a perfect peaceful location to stay if you have a car. We shopped mainly at Philippos supermarket which is a 5 minute drive away and popped to Lidl now and again which is about 15 mins away. We had a super meal at the Sunset restaurant which is on the way to the sea caves and an Indian takeaway from Indian Ocean who delivered to us. So all in all a wonderful 12 days had by us all. We would highly recommend the Bayview villa and thank the owner Simon for all his speedy correspondence with us during the booking and answering all our queries before travelling out. We were delighted with the location as we had wanted a quiet road and the views were fantastic. We did not walk into Pegia but ordered a taxi to take us to Coral Bay and it was very efficient and reasonable. Also easy for the return back to the villa. We wanted to explore this side of Cyprus so it was the perfect location. Would like to return.

Lovely villa! We didn't want to leave! Very clean, spacious and week equipped. Definitely recommend

Amazing vacation
Perfect location with amazing view. The villa was huge, well maintained and clean. The people in charge of the villa, Mr Steven, Mr Peter and his wife, provided excellent service, especially when we had a problem with one of the AC Units, they have completely replaced the unit within the next day. Highly recommended!!!
