Peyia has wide range of amenities including supermarkets, shops and a good variety of restaurants and tavernas. The well-known holiday resort of Coral Bay with its beautiful sandy beaches is only a few minutes’ drive away. The property is in good condition with good quality fittings and finishes throughout. The ground floor accommodation comprises an open plan living room with comfortable lounge and dining area, fully fitted kitchen, guest toilet and under-stairs cupboard. The fitted kitchen is well equipped with quality appliances including built-in oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. A central island provides additional worktop space and a built-in wine cooler facing the dining area is a nicely thought out feature. Sliding patio doors in the lounge provide lots of light and easy access to a private, fully enclosed courtyard style garden to the front of the property – an ideal spot to enjoy the sunshine.
