  • The villa has a cul de sac position on a large enclosed landscaped plot with Large 10M swimming pool (heating at additional charge €40 pd excl jan to end feb). Sea views from the first floor. Ten minutes walking distance from Coral Bay Beach and the main strip. The private swimming pool has Roman steps is surrounded by patio and a landscaped garden and fruit trees. Three bedrooms, one en suite with large outside lounge terraces, with fab views , dressing room to the first floor, second and third bedroom and bathroom to ground floor .The kitchen is large and well equipped, with granite worktops and breakfast bar. Lovely lounge with leather settees, fireplace TV, DVD, sat TV and WIFI. The brick built barbecue stands in the garden close to the covered outside dining. There is plenty of off road parking space along with a covered pergola for shade. We have a full alarm system for added peace of mind.The villa is perfect as its location means no car hire is necessary but should you wish to explore the island we have a local excellent car hire company we use. for you .Cots/highchairs etc can be hired from Kidstravellite a local company. Solar powered hot water system with high pressure pump. Welcome pack included. Staying with us you are eligible to discounts at many tourist attractions and restaurants.

The villa was exactly as listed, and in great condition, with a welcome pack to cover breakfast waiting for us upon arrival. Lisa and Felix were very helpful hosts, with great communication prior to our holiday and throughout. The air con worked well, and we were in easy reach of the beach and main strip. Lisa also helped out with transfers and further accommodation after our check out, which was really appreciated. Overall, the holiday was wonderful, and definitely one to remember for years to come.

Beautiful Villa

Nice quiet location 15 minute walk to the strip for restaurants and 20 mins to beach. Villa has everything you need and wonderful pool. Great communication from Lisa and Felix and tips for dining and car rental and the welcome package was a nice touch.

Villa and grounds were really nice, pool was bigger than expected and just about warm enough without the heating on. Nice 15mins walk down to the beach, bars and restaurants. Lisa was lovely arranged cab from airport and back, really helpful.

This is a fantastic villa and in such a good location. The villa is amazing inside and out.The highlight of course being the 10m x 5m pool. As a family we spent many happy hours relaxing round the pool and playing games in it. The depth of the pool is approximately 5', so whilst it is not suitable for diving it was perfect for playing water volley ball and other ball games.Inside the villa is spotlessly clean and very spacious. The beds were comfy and the air con in the bedrooms very effective and welcome.There is a very good and large supermarket within a 6 minute walk or a few minutes drive. The supermarket has a really good butcher and fish monger. The Coral Bay Strip is about a 10-15 minute walk from the villa. The first 5 minutes is along the main road (we took a torch just make sure we could be seen at night). The "Strip" has a lots of bars and very good restaurants serving high quality food with lots of choice.We were very sad to leave at the end of the 2 weeks and will certainly be coming back!

Fabulous Break

We really enjoyed staying at Villa Krysali. We travelled as 4 adults and a toddler, the property was perfect for our group and our toddler barely left the pool. It was easy to walk into Coral Bay where there was a good selection of bars and restaurants. We had a slight issue with the aircon in one of the bedrooms but Lisa and Felix were quick to resolve this for us. Lisa was also extremely helpful in helping us arrange airport transfers and a hire car. Overall a fabulous stay and we were sad to leave!

A fantastic stay!

My family and I had a fantastic week in this beautiful villa. The villa was spotless on arrival and we had everything we needed for our stay. The whole place was really well kept inside and out and really comfortable. The pool is absolutely stunning and so huge! The outside space is lovely to relax and enjoy the Cyprus weather. Local shops and plenty of great restaurants are all super close by and the beach is lovely! We really enjoyed our stay, the host was really helpful and provided us with lots of information as well as some great discounts to restaurants and even the Waterpark which was great! The area is really nice and easy to get around. Thank you for an incredible week, we would definitely love to return soon!

A beautiful Villa and setting. We all had a fantastic time! Very clean and pool was amazing. Owner popped in to top up pool which was nice to meet him. Only issue which I contacted owner about was the oven knobs were split and worn, which we had to work around. Owner took pictures so hopefully will be replaced for next visitors? Apart from that a wonderful experience and we’d definitely go back!

Fantastic Villa

We have stayed in Cyprus many times and always use Villas. This Villa was truly lovely (a real home away from home). Really lovely pool and outdoor space, which is the most important thing for us. The villa is really well equipped and it was a nice addition to have books and games available for use. The communication with owners was the best we have had and from start to finish it was a hassle free experience. We really appreciated the welcome items as we didn’t arrive till late evening and fresh milk, tea and coffee and some complimentary food to make sandwiches etc. was very much appreciated. I have no hesitation in recommending this villa as great value for a well equipped modern villa just a few minutes drive from shops, pubs and places to eat.

Amazing Stay

We have just returned from our stay at Villa Krysali. We stayed over Christmas and New Year and it was such a pleasure to stay here. Lisa was more than helpful prior to our arrival and her communication and advice was really responsive. Lisa made our holiday special by adding extra touches like a welcome pack and selection boxes for the children. She even put a Christmas tree for us. When we arrived Felix popped in to see if everything was okay, which it was. The villa is so spacious and has everything you need to cook including lots of utensils and glasses etc. The pool was amazing and is very big. The bbq facilities are very good. I would not hesitate to return to this amazing villa in the future. Amy

Wonderful stay at a superb villa

Perfect villa in a perfect location. Lovely and secluded position but in walking distance of many restaurants and tavernas. You do not need to walk along the main road to get to Coral Bay as you can walk behind the villa along the cul de sac. We did hire a car to venture further afield but it is definitely not required and the villa pool and outside area are so nice, you probably wont want to leave! The villa is amazing and I cant think of anything that wasn't there for us and the welcome food package was very well received when we arrived tired after our flight. The villa was incredibly clean and the information left by Lisa covered everything we needed. Would recommend hiring a car from U2 Car Rentals as suggested from Lisa and eating at 'Oniro by the sea' restaurant to eat at, not the cheapest but well worth a treat. Overall an amazing weeks break and would definitely book the villa again.

Great family holiday at ideally located villa

Had a great stay at this villa. Location superb with everything within 10-15 mins walk quite flat too. Villa itself garden and pool were great, great open plan layout. Great communication with Lisa and Felix. Loved Phillipo supermarket and Phil’s restaurant next door. If you get the free delivery from supermarket they will give you vouchers for the restaurant. Only slight issues were all our swimwear was stained green which was from the pool apparently combination of sun cream and pool which we’ve not experienced before. So don’t wear anything expensive. It would have been good to wash bedding and have somewhere to hang it other than the maiden as there is no clean bedding supplied if staying less than 2 weeks.

Beautiful villa in a great location

Just returned from a two week stay at Villa Krysali with my parents, husband, 5 year old and baby. We had the best time. The villa is beautiful, we loved the outside area and the huge pool. It had everything we needed. The location is great - the beach is in walking distance and only a short walk to coral bay strip where there are plenty of nice bars/restaurants to choose from. It’s also only a 5 minute drive from the stunning sea caves area where there is a few more lovely bars and restaurants. There is also a huge supermarket at the end of the road which has everything you need - they drive you and your shopping back to the villa for free too :) Lisa and Felix were fantastic hosts - we had a late flight home and Lisa booked us a room at a nearby hotel on our last day to ensure we had somewhere to go after checkout. She also sorted all our transfers to and from the airport. The communication was great and nothing was ever too much trouble. We will definitely stay here again.

What an amazing villa! Everything was really clean, tidy and worked as it should, since some villas we have been to over the last couple of years have sometimes needed updating and are not always as shown in the photos, this was very refreshing to have a villa that was ‘what you see is what you get’ and more. The pool was great and the outdoor space gave all day sun but shade was always available under the outside dining area. The villa is within easy walking distance to the supermarket and the strip. A pleasant easy walk down to the beach and beach bar, taking about 15 mins. We highly recommend Portico Antico restaurant, the food is incredible and great portions, the staff are very welcoming and friendly, a must place to eat! We had no problems at all during our stay and Lisa was more than helpful booking our cabs to and from the airport. We hope to return next year. Thank you!

Firstly the communication with Lisa was excellent, in fact the best we have had after years of booking holidays privately, thank you. We really appreciated the milk, water and bits for a sandwich that were kindly left for us. We have fallen in love with Cyprus and its warm welcoming people. The villa was absolutely perfect for us, clean and spacious with the most fantastic pool. It is in a lovely quiet area yet close to all amenities and although we loved having a car and driving further afield you did not need to have one. The views from this villa can only be appreciated by being there, they are simply fabulous. There is an abundance of restaurants and we are looking forward to trying some more once the revamped strip is opened. If you enjoy your BBQs like we do then the one at the villa is great fun to cook on and we enjoyed numerous evenings eating in the garden. The only way to cope with the disappointment in leaving was to book again.

Beautiful Villa. Great location but not a winter location

This is a beautiful villa. The layout is perfect, the upstairs double aspect main suite with sea view was gorgeous. Beds are comfortable and clean and everything you need for your holiday was there for you. We found that it was surface clean but could have done with a deep clean, as could the pool which was sticky round the edges but then it was end of season. The chairs on the balcony were in very poor condition. We paid extra for the villa to be heated (and for the pool) for our Christmas visit and it was warm enough but we struggled with hot water for washing dishes and for six adults to have showers.Location wise it’s just off the main road to Paphos so a little noisy first thing in the morning. It’s also a dark busy road to walk down on an evening so taking a torch was useful. There’s a large supermarket nearby which had everything we needed. We enjoyed our alternative Christmas but Coral Bay and Paphos were pretty quiet and we wouldn’t do it again.
