  • Experience tranquility in our minimalist 2BR/2BA villa nestled in Pecatu, Uluwatu — just steps from the iconic Bulgari Resort.
    Unwind in your own private pool, soak in panoramic sea views, and enjoy sunsets that paint the sky when weather permits. By night, relax on the rooftop under a canopy of stars.

    Inside, the villa offers expansive living space, a serene modern design, and oversized 2m × 2m premium beds for unmatched comfort.
    Perfect for couples, friends, or a peaceful remote work escape.

    No construction nearby. Quite neighbourhood.

    The villa offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms, complemented by a private rooftop garden.

    Pool maintenance is scheduled twice a week (Monday and Thursday) and will be carried out without entering the main living compound.

    Gardening takes place once a week and requires access to the rooftop garden — this will be coordinated by our villa host to ensure minimal disruption.

    Extra Housekeeping is available upon request for stays longer than three nights.

    Villa can be access via digital lock so check in and check out anytime.

    Check-in / Check-out – Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. We’ll do our best to accommodate early or late requests whenever possible.
