Best friends 1st golf weekend
From start to finish, the hosts, the house and the area were perfect! Suneet was great, super responsive and extremely accommodating. We enjoyed all the amenities including the putting green and the pool table, and found the house very comfortable. Super convenient to everything Pebble Beach, Carmel and Monterey have to offer. I highly recommend a stay here!!

Nice property!
We've been to the area multiple times but first time staying in Pebble Beach. We really enjoyed our stay here. The kids had fun playing golf and pool. Quick communication with the owners. Had a small hiccup at the pebble beach gates but it was cleared up quick.

Host was amazing
Host on this property was fantastic, great communication, very accommodating. Only issues were it isn’t as clean as it appears. Mold issue in one of the bathrooms. Beds are terrible in the guest bedrooms, not comfortable and too small. Overall decent house, convenient location.

Wonderful Home
The house is wonderful for a large group of people. Everything we could need was there in abundance. Everyone enjoyed the putting green and outside areas when we were not at the beach or Cannery Row. A delightful place to spend some time with the ones you love.

Beautiful home for a family get away
The home is gorgeous, private, comfortable and perfect for three couples. The kitchen has everything and a great gathering place for the family! Perfectly located - walk to the ocean trails or short drive to golf or beach! Hosts very warm and responsive! Definitely coming back!

Monterey accessible rental
We had a great experience - we were looking for a one level property with a roll in shower for our son, who is in a wheelchair. This house delivered. We also enjoyed a kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, good coffee maker, appliances all modern. Front putting green and gas firepit really cool. Location perfect, 5 min walk to beach and 17-mile drive and short ride to multiple golf courses, including Pebble

Terrific stay at this beautiful house 5 min walk from the Spanish Bay. Excellent location, amenities - kids and adults loved putting green and pool table. Lots of space and nicely remodeled property. Awesome communication with the owners. Will come again and highly recommend.

We absolutely loved staying here. The house was clean, updated, and inviting. We loved how close it is to the golf courses as well as the beautiful 17 mile drive. The host made everything super easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Escape to the Monterey Peninsula
The house was absolutely lovely. It is clean, modern, filled with light. The broad expanse of windows in the kitchen gives you a peak out onto the bay. My family thoroughly enjoyed the putting green and pool table. It is an easy walk down to the beach to enjoy the ocean and tidepools. You get to see the golfers and deer out on the course on the way. Communicating with the home's owners was very easy. We made plans very last minute but there was no problem receiving all of the information we needed to access the property. We would definitely stay again.

Great place for a family

Excellent location and beautiful home
We stayed here with three children under 3yrs and we had the best time. The kids had a blast at the beach and the aquarium. The home had plenty of space to lounge and play. And the host was very accessible throughout our stay.

Wonderful family getaway
This place is super clean. The kitchen is very well equipped. Both aspects suits us well as we love to cook. The property is totally fenced in and very private. Many areas have plenty of comfortable outdoor furnitures for us to congregate and chat, esp. the fire pit — our favorite. Children were never bored playing pool and mini-golf. Of course we took long walks and went biking every chance we got every day. The owners were super responsive to our needs. When things did not work, they bent over backward to get it right. Totally exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and would recommend this place.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay
We had the best time. The home was clean and bright. Plenty of room for us all to spread out and be comfortable. The kids loved playing pool and they enjoyed the putting green. S’mores by the the fire pit was an added bonus. Beautiful kitchen with plenty of amenities. Perfect location near the beach and close to Carmel and Monterey. Would definitely recommend!

This house is in very good location. 3 minutes drive to 17 miles drive board walk .Few minutes drive to a state beach. The house is very good for elderly. The host is very nice and very responsive.

Our family enjoyed staying at this property. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the beach. The house itself is beautiful and plenty to do. My kids enjoyed the pool table, mini golf, and roasting marshmallows by the fire pit.

Fabulous location
Great house in a perfect location . We loved being able to walk from the house to Spanish Bay It is close to Carmel, Monterey, Pebble Beach and the beautiful Big Sur . The house looks just like it is pictured. It is clean, the kitchen is well stocked and the beds are comfortable. The hosts were very responsive although we did not have to contact them much as everything was spelled out upfront which made it an easy vacation. We would definitely book again Thanks

The home is a perfect set up for a group or family...walking distance to the beautiful beach...lots of area in the house and outside for gathering and fun! Amazing Pebble Beach Vacation House
Our family came down from the SF Bay Area to stay at this beautiful house in Pebble Beach. It was thoroughly clean. The beds were really comfortable. Slept like a baby to the sounds of the Pacific Ocean. Loved the pool table and outside fire pit. Suneet and Deepka were incredible hosts. We could not have had a better stay inside the gates! We will definitely be back soon!!

Wonderful experience to celebrate our parents 40th wedding anniversary!
We absolutely loved our stay here to celebrate our parents 40th wedding anni and it was definitely one we will remember for a lifetime. The house itself was perfect for three couples and our newborn baby and everyone had their own bathroom. There is both a huge front yard with views of the ocean and a fire pit that we would use at night and a huge back yard that we would use in the morning for coffee. We cooked the entire time and they had everything for your cooking needs- they only thing they didn’t have was a dining room table but it wasn’t a big deal for our family bc we either ate outside or around the bar table. We all loved the pool table that was brand new and the tv was super cool- it looks like a painting lol. We also did walks to the beach that was super close and the neighborhood is adorable. We also did drinks COVID style at the pebble beach resort and the views were stunning- about a 10 min drive on the famous 17 mile drive. We would definitely come back and just had the best, most relaxing time.

The house is really nicely remodeled with nice appointments and a great pool table! It was also very clean. Really great location walking distance to the beach, great bike riding and overall a nice atmosphere. The owners were very easy to deal with, were very responsive and made the entire experience easy. Perfect Stay in Pebble Beach
My family and I love this property! The home is beautiful, very spacious, and was spotless. The open-concept kitchen and living room area was great, and the kitchen was well equipped with new appliances and everything you would ever need to cook a big meal. The fire pit and putting green in the front yard was a huge hit with the whole family. Additionally, the location of the property is spectacular. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood and is a short walk to Spanish Bay and the trail network running along the ocean. Our kids saw otters swimming in the bay, deer roaming the neighborhood, and all kinds of other wildlife. Lastly, I am not a golfer but if I was this would be an ideal location for it's proximity to the Pebble Beach golf course which you walk along on your way to Spanish Bay. I cannot recommend this property highly enough and we will definitely be staying here again next time we vacation in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home in Pebble Beach. Communication with the owners was very straightforward and the home was exactly as advertised. Location is fantastic -- 2 minute drive or a nice walk down to the beach / 17 mile drive, as well as a short drive to Spanish Bay. Fantastic central location for a Monterey / Pebble / Carmel / Big Sur vacation. Would recommend!

Fun place to visit, great location
Went here twice with my family (our two kids + two of the four grandparents each time). Had a lovely stay. House is beautiful, and even little kids have a lot of fun with the putting green in front. It's very close to the beach, great for biking 17 mile drive (you should bring a bike if you visit!), and has a lovely big family area connected to the kitchen.

Perfect Getaway!
We had a great time at this property. Check in was easy, I liked using the keypad -- didn't have to keep track of a set of keys! The house was CLEAN. It was amazing. I really appreciated it since I came with my baby and didn't have to worry about him picking up dust-bunnies or someone else's hair, etc. The location cannot be beat - you can see the ocean from the kitchen sink and one of the bedrooms, and the beach is a very quick walk away. Spanish Bay is very close by, so we were able to catch the bag-pipe player while getting drinks. We didn't take full advantage of everything the house had to offer, so we will have to come back! The mini-golf set up in the front would be fun with friends, as would the fire-pit (range?) in the front.
