The cottage offers you on the ground floor: a large living room with fitted kitchen, living room and lounge. You will also have on this level 2 bedrooms (each with 1 bed 140) and a bedroom with 2 beds 90 including 1 trundle, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet and a large laundry room (accessible from outside). Upstairs (rather steep staircase): a large bedroom with 1 bed 140 and 1 bed 90 (a cot available). Outside: you will enjoy a covered paved terrace and 2 parking spaces. In common with the other gite: the enclosed garden and the heated swimming pool (open from April to the end of October and from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.) of 28 m² (3.5 x 8 m). 1st floor) and is located opposite a family farm: you can observe (and possibly caress) small calves and cows! (stopping operations in September 2022). Discover this vacation rental in southern Brittany with swimming pool, located near the sea, between Vannes and La Baule: you can also discover the Vilaine river, the Rhuys peninsula, the salt marshes of Guérande. 10 minutes from the cottage, the Animal and Botanical Park of Branféré promises beautiful moments of discovery with the family!
