About this property

Cozy 3 BR in center of town w/work space. Walking distance to main attractions

  • Welcome to the hub of our charming city! Our cozy and stylish home is located on the main walking path around Lake Peachtree. Take a ~5 min stroll to the local pizza joint, bowling alley or farmers market. Or a 5 min walk to Picnic Park and playground on beautiful Lake Peachtree. Another few steps and you're at the Library, City Hall and Drake field where numerous festivals and events are held. People watch from the front porch, or hop on a golf cart to zip around the beautiful path system. You can see the closest playground (Pebble Pocket Park) from the front porch, it's just a quick few steps across the street.

    We are only around a 30 minute drive to Hartsfield Jackson International Airport (ATL) and Atlanta. Convenient to Trillith, Pinewood & more.

    If you'd rather stay in, we've got you covered! Our home has 3 comfortable bedrooms with 4 beds (sleeps 7). The master has a king size bed and cozy en suite bathroom. There is a bedroom with a queen bed and there is a bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed. Bunk room has a desk with printer for your use. One full bath off the hallway.

    We offer a 65" 4K LED Smart TV with Fire TV in the living room. The master and queen rooms both have a 40" HD 1080P smart TV. All TVs have the streaming apps available for you to log in to with your own account.

    Enjoy a spacious, well furnished kitchen with all the essentials. If you are missing a particular item, please let us know and we will try to accommodate if possible.

    We offer toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, lotion and bar soap. Additionally, if you happen to forget yours, we provide a toothbrush, toothpaste and disposable razor. A hairdryer is available in each bathroom.

    You have access to every room of the house. The laundry room is located in the rear of the garage. The small building in the back yard is for your host's access only.

    A keycode will be provided to you the day of your check-in
