Firstly, Peaceful Bay is 40 km north of Denmark, something Stayz didn’t make clear when I booked accommodation in DENMARK!Secondly, the ‘chalet’ is old and worn and needs work, e.g. Lino lifting off the floor. Very much over priced for the quality of the building. Peaceful Bay itself is peaceful alright.

The accommodation was comfortable and warm. The bathrooms were clean. Only criticisms, the floor of the chalet needed a sweep and I think it was overpriced for the facilities that were available.

The location is nice and truly peaceful. Regarding the property we had a few issues. Firstly, we booked Unit 7b which looked nice, but were given the key box code for 7a. 7a was decidedly a lesser quality property. It was smaller and tired-looking (I understand a new owner is currently upgrading - neighbours told me). The floors coul and should have been cleaner. The TV was out of order The property was advertised as having internet access, but that was not the case. The neighbours said there is no internet at all, unless you have a personal, private account with Telstra -incorrect advertising therefore. In summary, we still had a nice time, but the lodgings were overpriced in terms of the quality of the amenities.Herm.
