On the 1400 m2 fully fenced property with a well-tended lawn, guests of the villa have access to an outdoor pool, a summer kitchen with charcoal barbecue, shower/WC, sun loungers and garden furniture for al fresco dining. For the little ones, there is table tennis and table football as well as a children's playground in the immediate vicinity. There are several covered parking spaces in the courtyard. This beautiful holiday home with pool extends over a total of 200 m2 on two fully air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, dining table and direct access to the pool, garden and covered terrace with garden furniture. There is also a bedroom on the ground floor with its own bathroom and separate toilet.
