Beautiful home in Pazin

Beautiful Villa Sany, located in the heart of Istria, is the ideal choice for those who dream of a relaxing vacation. Rustic stone villa has a private, large and carefully tended garden where the youngest guests can run around while the rest of the group enjoys the sun by the pool. Next to the pool with hydromassage is an outdoor kitchen with barbecue where you can prepare local specialties and eat al fresco while surrounded by the scent of the Mediterranean. The interior of the villa has been furnished with love. All rooms are located on the second floor. The ground floor is not rented out. At your disposal are 3 bedrooms, the cozy living room and the fully equipped kitchen with dining area. With 3 bedrooms, the villa can accommodate up to 6 people. One of the bedrooms even has its own terrace overlooking the pool area and garden. The villa is air-conditioned, has WiFi and 3 parking spaces.Stunning Villa Sany is located in the middle of centralists and is surrounded by beautiful, peaceful nature. Just a short drive from the villa you will find the Pazin Castle and the Pazin Cave, where you can try the most famous zipline ride in Croatia. There is also a riding club and a children's playground nearby. From Pazin, the coastal towns in Istria are easily accessible - Poren and Rovinj on the west coast and Pula in the south of the peninsula. In central Istria, you can visit the numerous small, medieval towns and try traditional specialties while enjoying a beautiful view of the surroundings, irresistibly reminiscent of Tuscany or Provence. Istria is known for its cuisine - famous Istrian prosciutto, pork tenderloin and sausages have a special taste and aroma, while fish and seafood come from the idyllic archipelago. Central Istria is ideal for cycling and hiking.
