Set on 1.5 acres of private land, Las Vignotes de Léa offers a serene, elevated position surrounded by lush greenery, where deer often wander by and birdsong fills the air. Inside, the home is lovingly restored and thoughtfully equipped. The master bedroom offers breathtaking valley views and ample wardrobe space. The second bedroom sleeps up to three guests with a bunk bed (double on the bottom, single on top). A convertible sofa bed in the living area offers space for two additional guests. The open-plan living room features a wood-burning stove - perfect for relaxing nights at home. The modern, brand-new kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and full cookware and dinnerware – everything you need to feel at home. The bathroom includes a walk-in power shower, double sinks, and a separate WC. Families with young children are welcome – we provide a cot, high chair, and baby bath upon request.
