Great Location, Unit Needs Maintenance

The location and size is what is saving the review from going below 3 stars. The unit is in great need of maintenance I'll list a few things as it seems the owner/property manager is either not aware of the issues or does not care to correct (I hope not). Sections of quarter round loose and/or discolored from being wet; ceiling fans needing cleaning and/or repair; bathroom vents needing cleaning; shower door missing handle which made it difficult to open door and get out; shower not totally clean when we arrived; headboard of bed falling apart and barely still in one piece. I would stay in the building again as the distance to beach was great and the pool is nice but not in this unit unless it received proper maintenance and cleaning.

Family vacation

I wonā€™t complain too much, especially since the property manager promised to take care of me. Me and my family will visit again and hopefully we will have a better outcome with our room. Overall it was a great experience.
