Public access to the creek is a short walk away. Families will love the single-level living option this raised two-story home provides. All the common areas as well as a screened porch, two bedrooms, two full baths, PLUS the pool are located on the first floor - all accessible via an elevator that transports to the first floor from under the house. Now that’s Easy Living! Additional features include electric fireplace, large common area TV screen, well equipped kitchen, and oceanfront balcony with private beach boardwalk. The west-facing screened porch comes with swing rope chairs and promises of memorable sunset serenades. On the top floor are two bedrooms with a king bed, ceiling fan, and water view – one ocean front and one with peek-a-boo of the creek. In between these bedrooms are mirror-image bathrooms with combination walk-in shower/garden tub - one en suite, one in hallway). Two additional bedrooms on the top floor provide a queen bed in one and bunk set in the other.
