Ocean View - North Litchfield Beach - Private Pool

A vacation paradise! This beach home offers it's own private swimming pool and sits ocean side in North Litchfield Beach. Take in the ocean views from the large wrap-around porches that feature rocking chairs, outdoor grilling and bar area. Interior offers an open great room with the kitchen overlooking the living and dining areas. The gourmet kitchen is great for entertaining while offering stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, center island, breakfast bar, 5-burner gas cook top, dual ovens, warming drawer and 2 dishwashers. There is a separate den on the lower level. Other features include: elevator (available with a signed release), 2 washers & 2 dryers, outdoor brick fireplace with seating area, outdoor showers, hammock, fenced area and basketball goal. The ground level has a ping pong table.
Wide, white sandy beach.... relaxing, clean & uncrowded! Litchfield Beach has been considered one of the loveliest beaches on the southeastern coast for generations. Litchfield Beach is representative of the Hammock Coast region of the Grand Strand, which includes Historic Georgetown, 30 minutes south, and just north is an historic fishing village, Murrells Inlet, the seafood capital of South Carolina. Litchfield is located about 35 minutes south of Myrtle Beach when you are ready to hustle and bustle!
Heated pool is available for the months of March, April, May, June, September and October. $500 per week.

College reunion in paradise.

The house is beautiful and functional. It has privacy and has great gathering areas. The kitchen is very generous with equipment and is workable with many chefs! The porches are a dream. We enjoyed the beach, pool and convenient access to shopping and sightseeing. The bedrooms are lovely with the luxury of private bathrooms. Our college reunion was throughly enjoyed by all! Thank you
