Note: You will not have access to the private beach closest to the house; however, there are plenty of public beaches just a quick drive away.

We had the most wonderful, relaxing weekend! The host was amazing, always answering my questions and going above and beyond - even ordering delicious doughnuts. We loved the view - especially the sunrises by the cross!

This property was close civilization & things to do but felt private and secluded looking across the marsh to the beach. The grassy yard & covered space under the deck with games are also assets to the property. The hosts were very responsive & even gifted us sweets from a local pastry shop during our stay! We will absolutely be back & the only complaint I’ve heard from our crew was that the stay wasn’t long enough!! Highly recommend this sweet property!

#### Great Setup for Two Couples

Surprisingly, the rental was set up as 2 connected suites plus a large empty playroom. It was perfect for us (the parents) and our adult son/wife who are dog trainers. With the owners' permission, we brought two retired show dogs and had tons of room for them to play in the yard and under the house. When not at the beach, out shopping, or out dining, we were holding an Axe Throwing/Cornhole tournament under the house and enjoying each others' company. The location was private, peaceful, central to everything, and I was very happy with our stay. Suggestion: decide on dining choices before your trip and make reservations

Such a great layout for my husband and I and my in-laws! Felt like we had our own private suites! The host was fantastic, so thoughtful and made sure we had everything we needed! Checkout process was so easy! We definitely enjoyed the porch and the view is beautiful! Definitely staying here again!

Unique, cozy property with a beautiful view. Owners were a joy to work with and they definitely go the extra mile to provide everything needed during your stay. Short drive to beach access and plenty of good food nearby. We will definitely return to Pelican Perch!

Beautiful property. Lots of activities right at the house. The host checked in on us and even bought us doughnuts. We had an amazing time and loved the view!

We can't say enough great things about this property and the its host!! The house was perfect and the view was breathtaking!! We had the most amazing time celebrating our anniversary and we look forward to many return visits to Pelicans Perch!

My wife and I (both in our early 70's) took our great grandchildren (7 & 2) for a getaway at Pawley's. What were we thinking?? Our stay at Pelican's Perch was fantastic and we all had a great time. I highly recommend

This uniquely laid out home was perfect for our family of 4! With two daughters (ages 11 & 17), we loved that they could have their own space in Unit B, while my husband and I had our space in Unit A. The 3rd bonus room with the ping-pong table, movie screen and deck was a perfect hangout spot for all of us! Check in was a breeze and everything was exactly how it was described in the listing. There was plenty of silverware, coffee mugs, plates, etc. in the kitchen. And having the linens and bath towels provided was so helpful! Coffee pods were provided for the Keurig machine as well as espresso pods for the espresso machine! They also provided plenty of paper towels and toilet paper to last through our 3 night stay. Nestled at the end of the gravel road, we found this lovely getaway home welcoming and peaceful and met our requirements for privacy, space and a beautiful view! The house was simple, clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back!
