Located on the top floor of Warwick in Litchfield by the Sea, this two-bedroom, 2 bath condo is a must stay for small family wanting all the conveniences with all the amenities! Start by taking an elevator or choosing the stairs to the 5th floor, Northside Unit. Enter the foyer with the first bedroom immediately on your left. This bedroom connects to a bathroom that has a second entrance into the hall. Down the hall, you will find a fully stocked kitchen, which opens into the dining and living room with gorgeous resort and ocean views. It offers a separate wet bar with a wine fridge for all those who may be a wine connoisseur! The second bedroom is open and spacious with views of the swimming pool and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Right off the master bedroom is an open deck and sitting area to enjoy your morning coffee with a relaxing view of the ocean, or take a stroll or bike ride through the resort. All guests have access to the Tennis Courts, Starbucks, and restaurants. Perfect location for small families with great amenities.
