The first floor features a king bed with a bathroom and the second floor features two queens and a bathroom. In addition to these bedrooms, there is a smaller room with a twin bed if needed. Along with everything this great unit has to offer, the beach access and community pool are both within walking distance along with tennis and pickleball courts. My only complaint is that we were told that we would have access to all amenities in the Litchfield by the Sea Resort. This is simply not true. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed in a variety of rentals, but this one is the cleanest place ever. Whoever does the cleaning is more OCD than I am, which I never thought possible. The quality of the furnishings, kitchen supplies, etc. we’re top-notch. You can tell the property is well cared for. The property management office staff was friendly and helpful and made that whole check-in/out easy and informative, like we had met new friends! The area around the property was active and family friendly, and it was just a short walk to the beautiful beach. We will definitely return! ##### Mark H.
