A short walk will connect you with the outdoor pool, conference center, and Pawleys Plantation clubhouse. This villa is located just off the 9th fairway of the golf course!!
Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire condo. All resort guests have access to the Play Pool Plaza and the Indoor Pool Play Pool Plaza is the main resort pool located at Summerhouse Suites. Prior to arrival please feel free to message us in the messaging tool with any questions. After checking in we ask that you contact the front desk for anything you may need, when checking in they will provide you with a 24/7 support number. Confirming Reservation: After booking, we will send you a message to confirm your reservation. Other Things to Note: Must be 21 years of age to rent. NO PETS or SMOKING IS ALLOWED. Rental comes with linens, towels, and a setup pack of paper towels and toiletries. Unit is individually owned and managed by Litchfield Vacation Rentals; we ask our guests to treat it as they would their own home.
