The check in process was seamless and quick. The only two things that could be improved was the amount of dog hair on the couches, floor and bedding. It would of been nice to know that this was a house that had pets living indoors. The other thing was that the thermostat could not be lowered past 72 degrees. We got a hot spell with temp of 98 degrees and the was was warmer than what we wanted it on those hot days.
