  • Lovely condominium overlooking the pool and the ocean. 4 TVs, 1 DVD player, stereo system with CD player, and WiFi. Ceiling fans throughout. Master bath features garden tub and separate shower. Ocean front balcony of Living room and master bedroom overlook the the beautifully landscaped garden and waterfall. Covered assigned parking. The popular gated seaside community of Litchfield by the Sea offers family fun including pool, tennis courts and fishing lakes. Seven miles of spectacular beach and an oceanfront clubhouse with bathrooms and cabana. Jogging/walking/biking paths alongside salt marshes surround the area. Bikes available for rent, if needed.
