This spectacular home has magnificent marsh views and is conveniently located across from the pool and beach access area. The house is comprised of 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, gourmet kitchen with open dining area, and great room which opens onto the balcony overlooking the marsh. The house will comfortably sleep 10. Please Note: (7) night minimum & Sunday to Sunday Rotation Main level has 1 Queen Bedroom with private bath, top floor has 4 bedrooms: 2 Queen Bedrooms each with private baths, 1 Queen bedroom with shared bath and 4th bedroom has 2 twins and a shared bath. House also has an outside enclosed shower. An array of Resort Amenities include: 4 centrally located golf courses, indoor pool, outdoor pool with lazy river and play plaza, health and fitness center, bike rentals and bike trails, wireless internet access, and Starbucks™. Guest Access: Guests will have access to entire house. The Location is amazing as well!!
