Oceanfront condo with views of the pool, beach and ocean! This unit features a large flat screen TV and DVD player in the living room and flat screen TVs in all 3 bedrooms plus WiFi. There is also a stereo system in the living room and ceiling fans throughout. The balcony off the living area and master bathroom overlook the pool and ocean.  
NO PETS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED PER HOA RULES  
UNIT COMES WITH BEDS MADE AND TOWELS PROVIDED  
Shipyard Village and Captains Quarters offer a unique oceanfront spa complex with 2 large free-form swimming pools, jacuzzi, and covered area. Restroom facilities are conveniently located at the pool complex.
