We had two couples and one family of four in the group and each family had its own space and bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed although we didn't cook much. The unit is very conveniently located to parking and the neighborhood pool. It was great having a grocery store and a few restaurants right up the street also. Convenient location to other amenities like beach access a short drive away. We did wish it had been more clearly communicated what all we had access to at check-in as we probably would have taken advantage of more if we had known from the start. One note is that this is a downstairs unit, so you can definitely hear the upstairs neighbors walking around. It was never disruptive, but was quite noticeable. We had large wedding party in the area so many comparisons. Reviewer Comments: The condo was wonderful and so was the location. Plenty of restaurants near by and the beach was only 1.5 miles away. We rented it for the month of March and the first two weeks were great. Then COVID-19 changed all that. The beach and some of the golf courses remained open so that helped some but just about everything else closed.
