  • Welcome to the Prairie Rose, our second home and place we love. Each space in this single story home has original items we salvaged from this 100+ year old house. We hope you enjoy your stay and can feel the character and history of this special place.
    There are virtually no other homes in Pawhuska that give you the ability to avoid the difficult parking, easily take a break during the day and still offer you the true authentic home experience. If you are coming to Pawhuska this is where you want to be!

We had a fabulous stay. The house was so welcoming and cozy. This was a ladies weekend getaway where we each had our own bedroom and space. We had a great stay except it was just too short. We will definitely recommend this VRBO to anyone coming to Pawhuska.

Charming and Spacious

We truly enjoyed our stay here. It's clear the owners put a lot of love and care into creating a space where guests can relax and make memories. Added bonus...it's only a short walk to the heart of downtown!

The Prairie Rose cottage was absolutely PERFECT for our girl's weekend in Pawhuska! It is such a charming home & decorated so beautifully! The beds were very comfortable & we really had everything we needed at the house. We ended up not walking down to the Mercantile, but still appreciated the close location. We enjoyed Pawhuska so much. The people are incredibly friendly & welcoming. I can say we will definitely visit again and will pick dates that allow us to stay at this home again next time. Thanks Linda!

A great stay in Pawhuska!

This house was a fantastic find. It was clean, welcoming, and had plenty of room for our crew to rest and enjoy each other. Its a quick walk to downtown for shopping and eating and offers a peaceful place to relax.

Wonderful distance to the Merc!

Stayed at this lovely property - close walking distance to the Merc so we never had to worry about driving except to the lodge! Had a great time with family eating and shopping!

Perfect Place in Pawhuska!

Loved our stay in this amazing house! Everything was bright, open, big and super clean. Decor was perfect and made you feel at home. The short walk to the main square in Pawhuska was wonderful if you didn't want to drive. Highly recommend this stay!

Great location to everything

House is just as it's pictured. The rooms are set up perfectly, 2 beds and 1 bath on each side. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were the most comfortable but just fine for a few night stay. We would stay here again!

Wished we had been able to stay longer! The place was a so cute and comfortable!! There were 4 couples, each had our own beautiful bedrooms! The decorations are so well done. I hope to get back here again sometime!!!

This was our annual girls trip, the house and location were amazing. The 100+ year old house was super clean and accommodating for our group, very relaxing and cozy, I would 100% recommend this house for a trip.

Beautiful charming home

We had a wonderful stay enjoying Mother/Daughter/Grandaughter time in Pawhuska. The home was exactly as described. Beautiful and clean. We enjoyed the short walk to all the fun Pawhuska shops and restaurants.
