"Fantasztikus családi vállalkozás! A hely egyszerűen hihetetlen. Távol a világ zajától az esőerdő mélyén. A háziasszony finom ételeket készít! Ő a lelke az egésznek. Mindenki felkészült a természet kincseiből, amiből van itt bőven! A túránk során , amit a férje vezetett, láttunk és fényképeztünk Tukánt, Spider monkeyt, és még egy másik fajtát is, és sok sok madarat. Éjszaka pedig békát és kígyót is! A fiaik nagyon nagyon lelkes természetbarátok. Életreszóló élmény volt az itt eltöltött pár nap!...

"It is a true rare gem. A wonderful lodge in the middle of the jungle. Our villa was spacious. It has two huge rooms and a giant porch where we saw monkeys. I was grilling to the sound of howler monkeys. The owners are a young Danish couple who are welcoming and helpful. They are building a big pool which is going to be ready in the next few weeks. "Luxury in the heart of nature. Botanika is a beautiful Hilton Curio property located opposite the airport (not a problem) on the edge of a lovely piece of jungle property on the edge of the bay. To be clear the bay is a bit of a walk from the property but there are nature walking trails. Pros: Modern, clean rooms; thoughtful staff & housekeeping); excellent restaurant and bar at pool; and a fantastic pool/Jacuzzi they have bulk sunscreen (great idea). The beach shuttle (4x4 Land Cruiser) takes you to a private, quiet paradise with full beach bar & menu. We literally were the only ones on the beach for a 1/2 mile each way. We had a wonderful lunch after a few restful hours walking, swimming and lounging They provided beach towels. Walk back to the Crocodile Bay property and Dining: Great breakfast but a bit pricey, dinner was very nice at the restaurant. The pool bar’s quesadilla was an amazing choice. Service: The restaurant staff and drivers are all wonderful—incredibly friendly/helpful. "

It is important to note that this is not a "party" hotel—there is no loud music in the common areas. It is designed for those looking to escape stress and noise. I returned home feeling recharged rather than tired, which is a rare and welcome result of a vacation. Dining & Drinks The culinary experience is a highlight. While they don’t serve a traditional "Tico" breakfast, the healthy options provided were excellent and gave me plenty of energy for the day. Honestly, there is no need to head into town for lunch or dinner; the food here is some of the best in the area in terms of both quality and cost. For those who enjoy a drink, the bar is well-stocked with a great variety of liquors and a consistently cold supply of beer. Service & Amenities Service: The staff is incredibly polite and helpful. Whether I needed a lighter or specific food requests, they were attentive and professional. Cleanliness: The room cleaning service was flawless.
