Pavia is a lovely quiet town with large student population. The university, cathedral and covered bridge are beautiful. ON a clear day you can see snow on the Alps in the distance.






Unfortunately my meeting was suddenly canceled the day before I was going to visit the hotel. I just wanted to ask if there is any option that I can take rather a refund or change. Good location. Walking distance to Milan central in 20-25 minutes. Or plenty of train/metro stations nearby.

Beautiful city, not too large and overwhelming, with some lovely historical streets and buildings.
Liked the architecture and cobbled streets. At night there were lots of open-air bars and restaurants. Also many if the shops were open late. Although there streets were busy at night, we still felt quite safe when out late.
