Great gym with all you need and great housekeeping. Beautiful lobby with live music each day throughout. Jorge and Barbara and Sandra are excellent and very detailed and accommodating. Great singing by Giovanni. Amazing boutique sized pool with stunning view. Great food at the hotel.

The breakfast selection wasn't the best. We ate just to have something. There were a lot of Caribbean people at the hotel during our stay so add some Caribbean style choice/choices please. Room suggestion: Spent more nights on couch due to where the a/c vent is located in the bedroom; pointing directly to the bed at that height is extremely harsh on a persons respiratory system; cause us severe dryness, then cough. Some shops are closed then there is only one restaurant on the plaza. When we went there to eat ($3.99) their service is slow nor did not have forks...lol The cost of a bottle of water after food purchased was insane; Know that was outrageous ($2) in that we paid 0.75 for water with meal. The room was kept clean, the staff are excellent but I doubt I would stay again or recommend anyone based on all the other issues.
