"Hattiesburg was much more than we expected, everyone at every single place we went was very friendly and helpful. The only problem we had our entire stay was the tv in our room, the remote only half way worked and we could not hook any of our devices to the tv, but the staff was very helpful and the rooms were very clean. We very much do enjoyed our stay and the town!"

"I’ve never been to Mississippi before my visit and chose this location because of the proximity to a venue I was visiting. The room I had was much bigger than I expected which I loved, with a microwave and fridge, and the possibility to book connecting rooms. The hallways were wider to accommodate those which large luggage or ADA compliance, as well as the walkway into the room I had. I wiped everything down upon arrival and there was a red substance near the door opening, so I’m glad I did my own cleaning as well. There was also a towel that looked used and the ironing board was dirty with holes showing the foam. I called the front desk immediately and the person I checked in with was nice enough to bring a new ironing board. There were no complimentary waters at check-in, which I’ve never experienced before at check-in. However, at a later point I saw fresh infused water then appear downstairs. The second time I went downstairs, I mentioned that there were no complimentary water bottles upon check-in and I’ve never experienced that before, and the manager let me grab a water bottle on the house. The restaurant was great, with an all-you-can eat buffet, which I enjoyed as someone who was nervous to leave too far based on a few reasons. My bed was comfortable with four pillows total, two soft ones and two hard ones. Housekeeping came both days and she was so nice to leave a letter, so I wrote back and left a tip. Overall, the customer service was great! I’d recommend!"

"Staff were all very nice and helpful. The breakfast was great, even had milk alternative option for cereal. Our room was clean, everything, except the phone, worked and was in good condition. Bed and pillows were comfortable. AC worked, water was hot. Great for a2 night stay. I didn't give 5 stars because of what sounded like a party on our floor or above, and ran to at least 3am. The phone being broken was an obstacle to call down and report it. I could have used my phone but it was charging and I was trying to stay in a half sleep state so that I could hopefully go back to sleep. These things wouldn't prevent me from staying there again."

"This was our first VRBO experience, and it exceeded every expectation from the very start. Our host was outstanding—quick, clear, and consistently helpful in every interaction, and incredibly accommodating when we arrived early and even had our check out days mixed up lol. We he messaged us to make sure we were ok I was low key stressing for a min but he handled everything with genuine kindness and flexibility, making us feel truly cared for and completely at ease. The home was exactly as described and perfect for our group. The creek was definitely the highlight of the trip for our kids! Even the family and friends who visited for our big cookout that we did! Everyone enjoyed jumping from the rope, swimming in the creek and playing games! Everything about the stay was effortless, relaxing, and truly memorable. We would definitely return in a heartbeat!! "
