The shower room has a design flaw where the main shower head is located too close to the wall and it restricts movement as one has to be very close due to the short length of overhead pipe. The hotel needs to install dehumidifiers. There is a STRONG mildew odor that hits you in the face when you walk into the hotel room. This smell is so pervasive that it was unpleasant to stay in the room. Upon returning home, I've had to clean wash all the belongings that I had with me, including electronic, because they also smelled of mildew very strongly. I have several articles of clothing that after being washed twice, still smell badly. The conditions in this hotel are unhealthy. When I complained of this to the staff, they tried to rectify it by placing an air purifier in my room. It did not help. This was the second time I stayed here. The first time wasn’t great either, but thought it might have been a one off. Unfortunately the room is considerably smaller than it looks in the pics, the pool closes at 6 pm! The bathroom was not a 4-star hotel bathroom, needed considerable updating. The staff was friendly, but the property needs to be updated and it’s location is hard to reach, down a long single lane dirt road.
