This one-bedroom retreat is designed with comfort and style in mind, featuring a plush king bed, full kitchen with modern appliances, and a cozy living area perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach.

Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy panoramic riverfront views, dine at the outdoor table for eight, or relax on the sun deck. With a private dock, step-in shower, and thoughtful coastal touches throughout, Chasing Pelicans is your peaceful hideaway at Banana River Resort—just steps from the beach and moments from everything Cocoa Beach has to offer.
