    "Staff pleasant, but hotel was incredibly noisy. Traffic noise, airplanes (which is to be expected so close to airport, I suppose), doors slamming and guests being very noisy in the courtyard late into the night. Bed was a bit hard. Sleep was not easy."

I was not informed prior to arrival, either whern booking or even days before that the pool would not be available, and had to ask at reception if I could use it before I was told it would not be possible.     "The apartment itself was great, very neat and clean and modern which we liked. The area is great as well. We stayed for 2 weeks and have to say we expected higher level of service. There was no cleaning half way through which was suprising and we had issues with toaster that did not work and missing a duvet and that took 3 days to sort out with contact daily. Lastly, they wrote us 48hour before arrival which was great to sort out deposit and taxi pick up at airport but they did not bother..."
