"My room was not properly cleaned (dirty toilet), found coin under the ottoman (not vacuumed properly), lots of hardwater buildup in the coffee maker, desk chair was pealing and laminate on the bedside table was coking off. The bed were hard...not at all comfortable. I booked two rooms and all the bed were not comfortable. This is not an 8.2 Hotel.com property, maybe a 5 or 6. "
