I checked in on 4/26/26 ( Saturday ) my room was never cleaned until 5/2/26 ( Sunday) as I questioned the front desk why on 5/1 /26. I was told the “ apartment” is scheduled to be cleaned twice a week on Tuesday and Friday . First I was told 5/1 was public holiday, cleaning service was off. But I was cleaning lady was cleaning the room cross hallway from me and another leaning lady was cleaning a room in another section of the hallway. Another thing when I came back on 5/1 evening, my room light were on which I turned off when I left in the morning.

our room was nice enough, we paid for an upgraded room with a separate living room. It was nice and spacious as was the bathroom. The problem is mainly for dinner service they don't have enough staff. All we tried to do was get a pizza and it took an inordinate amount of time and we were really tired ...
