You'll have exclusive lake access, go fishing, swing in the hammock, or take a 10-minute short stroll to the beach. The house is in a prime location--a short drive to great food and local attractions (see more detail in the "Neighborhood description" section). The entire home has tons of natural light, new furniture, high-quality appliances, and smart TVs in each room (the biggest we can get for the space–65’’ in the living room!). The kitchen is fully stocked and there’s also a charcoal grill out on the deck for delicious meals. Going to the beach? We have beach towels and chairs ready for you! We've tried to think of everything - enjoy the many other amenities! BEDROOMS: Sleep is so important to us so we bought the highest-rated beds and pillows along with organic high-thread cotton sheets, blackout curtains, and ceiling fans to keep you cool. We’ve even included an extra blanket and fan for each room so that you’re extra comfortable! Plus there are smart TVs in each room. Bedroom 1 - main bedroom with a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and a workspace Bedroom 2 - queen bed Bedroom 3 - two twin beds BATHROOMS: We have 2 full bathrooms and even included a baby bathtub in case you have a little one. Please note that the water heater has a limited capacity, so for larger groups, we recommend spacing out showers to ensure everyone has warm water. KITCHEN: Brand new high-end appliances with a fully stocked kitchen, and essential cookware. Or, visit the many restaurants nearby for fresh seafood! PANTRY: As a bonus, we provide a starter kit that includes essentials such as plush cotton towels, linens, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, essential toiletries (shampoo & body wash, conditioner), hand soap, dish detergent, sponge, kitchen towels, and laundry detergent. FRONT PORCH: People watch while sitting on the front porch with your morning coffee :) BACK PORCH: Enjoy the beautiful views of the lake during sunset while sipping your favorite cocktail. The houses were extremely clean when we arrived, host was very communicative, and check-in process was easy and painless! One thing I would note is that with 16 people we slept with three members on the couches. There are three twins listed however the third would be a twin mattress that is stowed away in the closet. This did not bother us much as we did not use them however would be nice to clarify on listing! Lake was beautiful and the walk to the beach was just a short walk. The host provides all needed kitchen utensils as well as grills, a bonfire pit, outside tables and chairs, plenty of outdoor games, and a hammock our group found amazing! We rented both lake houses which worked out great for my family. What I loved most about the location is that it was private enough so that we could fish, play with the kids, eat, laugh and enjoy the ones we are closest to. But don’t let that fool you because you are very near the beach and other fun activities. We loved it…most importantly we made some amazing memories. You need a pest control application. There were some things that were minor in damage. I hope someone is lettng you know. We encountered no problems other than the roaches. It's a folding foam cushion. Not even possible to lay those cushion on the floor because rooms are so small. Also being right next to railroad, house will shake every hour because of those train.
