Vine View Terrace, beautiful wine country home

  • Elegant Paso Robles wine country retreat. Beautifully newly decorated 4 bedroom wine country home on 1 private acre. Located on the Union wine trail with wineries only 5 minutes away and 15 minutes to downtown shops, restaurants and concert venues. The home is designed for indoor/outdoor living with sweeping pastoral views of the surrounding vineyards and hills. Its an ideal environment and location for your wine country vacation.
    The home has sweeping views from the expansive back terrace and covered patio. The large great room is perfect for entertaining or relaxing. It has has plenty of light and the double doors open wide into the covered porch and large patio area. It is approx 2000 sq ft with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. The home was recently renovated and tastefully decorated.
    The garage is set up as a game room with a ping pong table and dart board. The backyard has a large patio, small lawn and a cornhole game set. The neighborhood is rural with views of vineyards and olive orchards. Its nice for walking. The area is also nice for biking. You can easily bike to the wineries on the Union Wine Trail and a few restaurants.
