Inside, hardwood floors, original woodwork, and designer finishes give way to an inviting chef’s kitchen and luminous living spaces. Outside, the private backyard offers a hot tub, lounge seating, and a welcoming ambiance framed by mature greenery — creating a serene setting to relax after exploring nearby wineries, restaurants, and boutique shops. 🏡 The Living Space Sleep: Each of the three bedrooms is thoughtfully appointed with comfortable bedding and high-end linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. The primary bedroom boasts a luxurious queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with an extra-large walk-in shower and deep soaking tub, all inside a steam room. In contrast, the two guest bedrooms offer additional sleeping arrangements, perfect for families or groups of friends traveling together. The first guest bedroom has two twin beds (can be made into one king bed with at least 24 hours' notice), and the second guest bedroom features a queen bed. Nicely decored on the inside. Very comfortable for 6 adults. Convenient to downtown area. We enjoyed a wine tour and a visit to Hearst Castle. My future son-in-law ended up proposing to my daughter on the front porch due to the storm passing through on February 13 that prevented us from going to Morro Bay for the proposal. ##### E S.
