The Neighborhood: The property is located on the east side of Paso Robles near Sculpterra Winery. I lived here for multiple years and absolutely loved it. Please note that this is a mixed income neighborhood. There are some properties being remodeled mixed with some older homes. The neighborhood is very safe. Please note there are dogs in the neighborhood who do bark occasionally. Getting Around: Getting around by car is easiest. Ride share is also available. Other Things to Note: AMENITIES: We provide towels, toiletries such as hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo/conditioner, coffee, salt & pepper, oil & trash can liners. ENTRY: There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. Entry code will be provided to you 72 hours before arrival. The code is changed after every guest. PARKING: There is parking available on the street. THE DRIVE: The house is very easy to find, the home is just a few minutes from the 101\. INTERNET: The house has reliable high speed internet throughout the entire space. You can log into your Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. accounts with the Smart TVs. OUTDOOR SPACE: The backyard is completely enclosed for our furry friends. Enjoy the lounge chairs, fire pit, BBQ, and pool table! BEDROOMS: There are 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other has a queen. Air mattress is available by request. The home can accommodate up to 6 guests. KITCHEN: Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and all basic kitchen essentials: Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils/Spices/Oil. The kitchen does not have a built-in gas oven, but an electric countertop oven is available for your use. LAUNDRY: You are welcome to use the machines in the home. PET FRIENDLY: Pets are welcome with a nonrefundable $60 fee per pet, per stay. Please keep them off the furniture and pick up after them. SECURITY: A security camera is located at the front of the house for your security. However, there are NO cameras inside the home you will be staying in.
