* While our house is well appointed and our vineyard views are stunning and peaceful, the property is situated on a working vineyard. We make no apologizes for making wine on our property, tending to the needs of our vineyard or for the wildlife that makes our property their home, it’s all part of the vineyard experience we offer, which we wouldn’t trade for anything!

Can't beat the location and views in the morning/evening over the vineyard. Host was friendly and responsive and the location matches the pictures exactly.
The Casita is one of the best stays we know of ... beautiful setting in the vineyards, quiet, peaceful and just the most amazing views. Enjoy the beauty of staying on a working winery, close to many boutique wineries in the most unique setting. We just love this place!

My husband and I were on an anniversary CA Central Coast rode trip and this darling casita was our last stay on our trip. The casita is the perfect size for two and the views were stunning. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night. The solitude and quiet created a romantic atmosphere. It is close enough to Paso Robles and other amenities to offer convenience as well. We hope to come back to Pelletiere in the future.
Perfect Vacation in Paso in the Most Beautiful Vineyard Setting
The perfect location for us - and a true "staying in a vineyard" experience. The natural light though out the house was beautiful, kitchen was well stocked and the grill perfect for outdoor barbequing. This is our fourth visit to this property - we love it that much. Close to lots of local wineries, with beautiful drives through West Paso. We strolled through the vineyards each night to watch the sun go down ... a perfect, one-of-a-kind stay. Highly recommend! We can't wait to be back!
Want to have a few days of bliss in a vineyard? This is the place.
This one bedroom with a separate living area is cottage is very relaxing. My favorite feature is the outdoor deck overlooking the vineyard.
Caution... while the AC works great, it's very noisy. So if AC fan noise doesn't bother you, give it a try.
Peace
Perfect place to stay in West Paso.
Welcoming host, beautiful views and lots of room and privacy..
We are headed back every time we go to Paso!

Perfect place to stay in wine country
Beautiful property with gorgeous views! Great location and tons of winieries nearby! Make sure you stop by their tasting room as well. Loved their wine and ended purchasing a case to take home!
Wonderful, quiet and comfortable stay! The view of the vineyard was just gorgeous. We enjoyed the wines so much, we became members! We'll be back for sure.
We had a great stay, Janis was helpful with our luggage that was delayed. Even did the winery tour with and are now wine club members too! Would recommend a stay at her location.
We loved this property! It had everything we needed to relax and recharge during the holidays. The Bed is a dream! I would totally recommend this property if you like to enjoy nice views, nice wine and quiet time.
We loved everything about this property. You are about ten steps from the vineyard with gorgeous views from your private patio. It was centrally located to all of our favorite wineries and we ended up joining the Pelletiere wine club as well (delicious Italian varietals).
We had a short 2 night stay in this retro bohemian (but very updated) cottage in the middle of a vineyard. We met the host at her winery tasting room, tasted the wonderful wine and learned about the history of the vineyard. The views from the cottage were amazing. We enjoyed our stay.
Although described as a cozy, we found the cottage too be quite roomy. We enjoyed the view of the fall colors of the vines from the living area and bedroom, as well as walking to a few close tasting rooms (including the magnificent one on site!). We will definitely be back!
Hidden gem made for a relaxing vacation in Paso Robles
One of the best getaways we have taken. The scenic and quiet property looks over rolling hills and rows of grapevines. We enjoyed ending our afternoons on the patio watching the sun go down with wine in hand.
The location, while quiet, was an easy drive to everything. We are already planning our next trip to come back with our friends.
We definitely recommend the tour - very informative, and the wine was fantastic.
This casita was absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway!! Outstanding views, tasteful vintage-inspired design, super clean, and a friendly host - there is truly no cons! Janice was sweet and helpful, she even booked a tasting at the winery for us before we arrived! (absolutely delicious Italian wines!) The private deck with serene vineyard views was definitely the highlight for us. Highly recommend!
I loved staying here! Janis was very welcoming and checked in on me (via text) the first day. The place was gorgeous!! The view was amazing and very peaceful. I liked that it was a working winery- they were crushing the grapes one of the days I was there. The location was far enough away to disconnect from the world, while still being close to Paso and Templeton. The two resident cats were an added bonus. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Beautiful - would recommend to friends and family too
We rented the farmhouse and the cottage next door, 3 couples, it was great, nicely appointed. We liked the location, being close to the wineries, we could go out during the day and explore and come back and sit on the back patio overlooking the vines of the Pelletiere Estate and sip our wines. We could cook in the kitchen or BBQ if we chose. When the sun went down we could enjoy the beautiful stars above, something we don't often get to see in the city.
The place is just as it is in photos with a fun and eclectic decor that I found enjoyable as a designer myself. The beauty of enjoying a cup of morning coffee while gazing out at the vineyard was extremely relaxing. We did our wine tasting with Bridget and not only was she very knowledgeable about the wines she was pouring, but she was friendly and kind as well. Janis, the owner, was available for our needs - from more coffee pods, to restaurant suggestions. A great place to "get away from it all", for sure! A true gem.
The views of this cabin are gorgeous. If you are looking for a secluded cabin with vineyard views, this is definitely the location! We enjoyed every morning coffee on the patio and sunset with a glass of wine.
My one complaint about this listing is that it only has one small window A/C unit to cool the whole cabin. It simply does not do enough. The unit is definitely dates and extremely small. We were advised to open the windows at night and then shut all the blinds in the morning to try and keep the cabin cool but it wasn’t enough to combat the heat (even on the days without a heat advisory). We had to sleep above the covers until it cooled off to a comfortable temperature at 2 am. Be weary of booking during the summer if you want a comfortable stay, but it definitely would be gorgeous in the fall and spring.
Great location, beautiful, really and truly. The bed was super cozy. But, beware of the toilet! You have to close the lid when you flush it because it literally spits at you (gross). A new toilet needs to happen. There is a pellet stove for the living area that sometimes does not want to light or stay on (even on manual) and you can’t see the fire (isn’t that the best part?), because the inside of the glass is either dirty or scratched. The heater in the bathroom works but not well. I would have told all of this to the owner, but we didn’t see her after the first day, as she doesn’t live on the property, and we were out before she came each day. My expectations might be too high but there it is. My advice for all owners of rental properties is to sleep and live there for 2 nights, use everything, and fix things that aren’t right.
Had a wonderful 3-night stay at the Casita that overlooks the vineyard. I typically spend hours looking at every possible option for accommodations before I book and this time was no exception. Pictures don’t do the place or experience justice. Perfectly located in private, serene setting yet close enough to downtown and even the coast (Cambria). The light filled Casita is well appointed, stylish, with updated fixtures. Comfy bed, big shower, A/C in bedroom if needed, strong wi-fi. Really appreciate the details like the subtle artistry of the kitchen counter and even the tile backsplash. How did they get that execution so clean? Nice seating in the patio to enjoy cool breezes and if you are lucky the cats will greet you with their gentle personalities in the morning. Very relaxing stay.
Also took the opportunity to have a wine tasting with Janis in the tasting room. The wines are well balanced and beautiful representations of the fruit coming off the vineyard. It is a rare treat to wake as the sun rises, stroll the vineyard, see the grapes, better understand the soil type and position of the vines. Came home with some Syrah and looking forward to pairing with a nice winter meal while reminiscing a memorable stay. You can book without hesitation!
