Perched on a privately-gated, vine-covered, 7-acre hilltop estate just 2 miles to Downtown Paso, this luxurious French-inspired home is outfitted for the perfect Paso Robles Wine Country getaway. With quick and easy access to Downtown Paso Robles, Route 101, Route 46 East, the City Park and Vina Robles Amphitheatre....along with over 200+ wineries in the Paso Robles AVA, it's in a fantastic location to explore the area and indulge all of your senses, or just hang out on the perfectly manicured grounds filled with entertainment possibilities. This French-inspired, single story ranch home has all the updated features of a luxury home: extra large walk-in shower (ADA Compliant), living room with a baby grand piano and 180 degree vineyard and city views, wine refrigerator, gourmet kitchen, luxurious beds and bedding, and outside entertaining areas complete with a bocce ball court, 2 fire pits, outside patio with seating for 8, and farmhouse table with seating for 8 for dining al fresco...all with endless views and just 2 miles to downtown Paso. Are you in the French countryside or just outside of downtown Paso? Stroll through the beautiful gardens lined with roses, lavender and rosemary. It’s hard to tell. SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS The master en suite, with great views from the picture windows, dons a king bed and an en suite with dual vanities and a stand-up walk-in shower. The shower is ADA Compliant. Bedroom two, features a queen bed, has great views and its own half bath en suite and shares the shower with bedroom three. Bedroom three, offers rest in a sun-filled room with a king bed. It also has its own half bath en suite and shares the shower with bedroom two. Bedroom four has a queen bed and its own en suite with a single vanity and stand-up shower. LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Interior) Walk through the front door and relax. There is plenty of space in the living to enjoy the spectacular 180 degree vineyard and city views out of the huge picture windows, play your favorite tunes on the baby grand piano or watch your favorite TV shows on the 50” SmartTV. Don’t forget your Netflix or Prime account numbers so you can stream movies and other favorite entertainment. A large sofa seats 3-4, a love seat sits two and a 4 side chairs allow for seating for everyone. Use the telescope to see up to 50 miles away. Across the entry area is the dining area with a farmhouse dining table and seating for ten. There are also vineyard views from the dining room along with a pass through to the kitchen. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen which is fully equipped with all the essentials to whip up some gourmet meals to pair with your latest Paso Wine acquisitions. The kitchen has a stainless steel fridge, a 2nd fridge for the overflow, durable countertops, and both a Keurig and regular drip coffeemakers. An island with four stools are available to keep the chef entertained while working. It’s stocked with all the cooking utensils, a plethora of small appliances and a staple of spices for the chef. A breakfast nook with seating for four is perfect for sipping your morning java. LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Exterior) Outside is where it’s happening! Just past the breakfast nook are sliding glass doors that lead to the covered patio. There a rustic farmhouse table with classic Carrera marble inlays and French bistro chairs with seating for 8 is the perfect location to enjoy your chef’s gourmet meals dining al fresco. Two Adirondack chairs and a wine barrel fire pit is the perfect spot to sip and view the city nights at night. An outdoor living room around to the east side of the house has seating for 6 that is horse-shoed around a second fire pit with perfect views to the east. Done eating and drinking? How about a competitive game of Bocce ball? This court is perfect for a friendly team challenge. Stroll through the well-manicured gardens, walk through the vineyards, or checkout the raised planter beds, fruit trees and cutting garden. The grounds make you feel like you’re in a Parisian park. GUEST AMENITIES We provide personal amenities including soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, paper products, kitchen necessities such as dish soap and trash bags. There are plenty of linens and bath towels. Laundry facilities and detergent are in the laundry area and available for guests to use. The kitchen is also stocked with the essential stapes: olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and spices. There is dinner service for 12 as well as plenty of serving necessities. THE IMMEDIATE AREA You are in Downtown Paso Robles! This home is just five minutes (2 miles) from the town square where there are dozens of wine tasting room, restaurants, shopping and a farmer's market every Saturday morning. Around the square there are over 12 wine tasting rooms, along with a distillery and local craft breweries. The downtown City Park offers free summer concerts from June through August every Thursday night. Pack a picnic basket, a bottle of wine or two, your beach chairs and enjoy local musicians belting out everything from Jazz to Rock and Blues. It was a good central location for the four couples to reunite, and catch up. The place is fantastic, because it provides space for every couple, but also has amazing community spaces, including several outdoor areas. It was the perfect place for our group to sit around, have amazing meals, tap glasses over fantastic local wines, and enjoy a plethora of amazing foods, prepared in the completely stocked kitchen (and bbq area). We made breakfasts and dinners everyday and the kitchen was perfect, well stocked with cooking utensils, could have used paper napkins but other than that very user friendly. We woke to a man with a bandana covered face on the back porch watering plants and two others mowing and using a loud air blower. The ridge top views were beautiful. The house was well appointed and clean. The beds comfortable, and the home was centrally located to all the activities planned. One of the rooms does not have a ceiling fan which would not normally be a problem but we were there when temperatures rose to 100%. Keep this in mind if traveling in August. There were board games and puzzles to choose from and a bottle of wine was even on the counter for us! The views are incredible. The house is very relaxing and the outdoor seating areas are great for sitting and chatting, watching the stars, and playing Bocce Ball. There are some little things I would improve on: Dishwasher did not work well for us or previous renters. We found some dishes stuck together by bacon grease in the cupboard, and our dishes did not come clean. We ended up hand washing. BBQ needs a brush to clean the grates Oven rack would not stay in place in the middle position. When the oven heats up, it appears to bow out, causing the rack to fall. Light tube in the laundry room/bedroom makes it difficult to sleep. Master bathroom would benefit from a “privacy curtain” by the toilet. Other than that, we really loved the property and plan on renting it again. ##### Craig F. The house is beautiful and spacious. The grounds are what sets this place apart from other properties. The garden, fountain, seating, fire pits and THE VIEW made our stay top notch. There was plenty of room for 8 adults to stay comfortably and enjoy each other’s company. We can’t wait to come back and explore Paso some more! ##### Nicole A. The house is conveniently located near town and is very comfortable. The outdoor space is amazing. The only negative I would point out is that the 4th bedroom is off the kitchen and not very private, it also has a solar skylight that emits light into the room even at night. ##### Laurie F. Had a wonderful time visiting with family here, it's a great space for entertaining and hanging out. It was super hot the whole weekend but the house had great air conditioning and plenty of space to stay inside. It cooled down at night enough to eat a late dinner outdoors and sit by the fire pit. This property definitely set the tone. What a find! Even better than we expected. They have thought of everything. So much fun with the Bocce court. It was hard to leave to go wine tasting. The house is beautiful and everyone in our group of 4 couples was extremely pleased with the accommodations. It with was very clean and has a well stocked kitchen. The views are gorgeous with great outdoor patios for relaxing and enjoying some wine with friends. It’s close to town, near many wineries, and golf.
