Ralph Lauren meets Farmhouse chic in this brand-new ranch-style home with spectacular 18 x 36 pool, hot tub, great room, game room, and fire pit, near dozens of wineries and close to downtown! THE NEIGHBORHOOD Spread out on 5 acres. Sitting at the edge of the City of Paso Robles, this 2,500 sf, brand new home with countryside views, feels like it's miles away, yet is only five minutes from downtown. Located behind a gate, there is plenty of parking and privacy. It has quick and easy access to downtown Paso Robles, Route 101, Route 46 East, Paso Airport, PR Event Center and Vina Robles Amphitheatre....and over 200+ wineries in the Paso Robles AVA. It's the perfect getaway for 3 couples, a ladies’ wine weekend, a 60th birthday party or a memory-making family reunion. SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS Ralph Lauren meets Farmhouse chic in this brand-new ranch-style 3BR/2BA house with 2 bedrooms on one wing of the house and the master en suite on the other wing. The master en suite, is light-filled and spacious. Adorned with King size bed, the master has a ceiling fan, huge walk-in closet, and a 42" smartTV. The en suite has dual vanities, a large soaking tub, a private water closet and an oversized walk-in shower. Bedroom two and three both have Queen size beds, office desks and chairs and share the 2nd bathroom. The 2nd bathroom has a double vanity and tub/shower combination. The living room’s sofas serves as another sleeping area with two comfortable Queen sleeper sofas. Take your pick. All bathrooms have hair dryers, and bedrooms have quality luxe linens and storage for your belongings. LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Interior) Enter the home via a digital keypad and be completely wowed by the massive great room. Immediately to the right, the living space has two oversized sleeper sofas with ample seating for 6, an ottoman and a 65” SmartTV with a Bose Bluetooth Speaker sound bar, wired with basic cable and Roku. There is a fireplace where you can sit at enjoy some hot chocolate during the cold months. There is also a round table with 4 comfortable chairs, perfect as a game table, or conversation and cocktails. The gorgeous chef’s kitchen features a huge granite island with 6 padded stools – a great place to hang while entertaining the chef, and all stainless steel appliances: a 5-burner gas stove with a griddle burner and gas oven, microwave oven, large Kitchen Aide refrigerator with side-by-side doors and freezer on the bottom, a 50- bottle wine fridge and dishwasher. The farmhouse style kitchen is complete with a single bowl farmhouse sink and all the cooking accessories you'll need to cook up some gourmet meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining room table with seating for 8 and direct access to the outside patio for dining al fresco. A laundry room, and a game room with an additional living area, a ping pong table and a 40" SmartTV are all accessible for guests to have a great time. A second fridge is in the garage for the overflow of food and drink. LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Exterior) A sliding door off the dining room/kitchen leads to the gorgeous back yard with a 18' x 36' pool (with shallow kiddie area), hot tub with a waterfall and patio area which contains a teak table and seating for 6\. Lounge chairs are arranged around the pool with a sail shade for a bit of sun coverage. A fire bowl with seating for 6 under an old oak is the perfect spot the enjoy the night air, starry skies and some local Paso wine. A FEW EXTRAS If you need to work while trying to vacation or, perhaps, you’re doing a workcation, there are dedicated desks in 2 of the bedrooms along with hi-speed wi-fi for Internet access. GUEST AMENITIES We provide personal amenities including soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, paper products, kitchen necessities such as dishwashing detergent, dishwasher soap and trash bags. There are plenty of linens, bath towels and beach towels for the hot tub. Laundry facilities and detergent are in both laundry areas (upper and lower areas). The kitchen is also stocked with the essential stapes: coffee, tea, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and spices. THE IMMEDIATE AREA You are in Paso Robles Wine Country central! This home is just 5 minutes from the town square where there are dozens of wine-tasting room, restaurants, shopping and a farmer's market every Saturday morning. Downtown there are over 12 wine-tasting rooms, along with a distillery and local craft breweries. The downtown City Park offers free summer concerts from June through August every Thursday night. Pack a picnic basket, a bottle of wine or two, your beach chairs and enjoy local musicians belting out everything from Jazz to Rock and Blues. PROVISIONS A few miles from the house there is a Food 4 Less, Smart & Final, and a Walmart. In Paso you can find a few quality cheese shops, Vivant Fine Cheese and Di Raimondos Italian Market and Cheese Shop, along with some cigar shops, Boyd's and Third Base Market & Spirits. Lovely pool and thoughtfully arranged outdoor spaces including copious sunbeds, fire pit with chairs around, gas BBQ and outdoor dining table. Bedrooms and bathrooms all superb and the “great room” with kitchen, huge breakfast bar, dining and lounge area is truly stunning. Suited our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens) perfectly for a family vacation for a week. Would wholeheartedly recommend. ##### Chris W. Beautiful home was clean and nicely appointed. Kitchen is stocked well for making an easy meal or snack. Location is superb as it was very quiet in the evening yet close to downtown but away from all the noise. Huge backyard to relax in and Kathy was very responsive to all of our questions! Clean, open concept, great 3 bedrooms with master separated from others and awesome pool, awesome pool/spa set up and privacy in this country feeling location but close to town still. Was nicely surprised at the amount of extra touches provided- tons of towels, more kitchen supplies than I have at my house, laundry tabs- bonus!, bathroom extras and more. Garage is awesome extra play area too. It was everything and more than we expected. New property, pool and hot tub were great, games to play, kitchen was well stocked, and it felt remote but was convenient to town and wineries. This was the perfect home for our vacation to Paso! We had our family (almost 3 year old and 9 month old) and our friends who have a 3 year old. The pool was amazing, spacious and beautiful kitchen for cooking and an amazing open layout to all hang out it. The beds were very comfortable and really enjoyed the layout so each family had their own “wing”. Such a beautiful rental, I cannot recommend highly enough! ##### Debra A. We were looking for a little trip away but also had to work. There was plenty of space for us to be in separate meetings, but also got to hang out and enjoy the pool. We appreciated that the house is fully stocked with every imaginable amenity. The property is in excellent shape. The location was perfect and it was completely stocked with anything we needed. All of the amenities were very thoughtful. The rental company was very responsive & easy to work with. Our only issue was that the pool doesn't have any heat. It gets very cool with the wind and a heated option at a reasonable price would've been nice. ##### Paula C. This house has it all. Besides the amazing pool and hot tub, the rest of the house is so inviting. The open floor plan with the spacious and well equipped kitchen and an amazing open layout for all to hang out. Our adult kids loved having the ping-pong table in the garage. We spent quite a bit of time just hanging out in the backyard, either lounging or swimming by the pool. We used the grill several nights for dinner. This rental is very centrally located for wine tasting in the Paso Robles area. As a bonus, we could see some fireworks from this property. I would highly recommend this rental! ##### Deborah B. This place was waaay beyond our expectations. It's a brand new house, with everything needed for 3 couples. Fire pit, hot tub, ping pong, corn hole are a few of our highlights. The house itself is gorgeous, and beautifully decorated.
